Self check-in e check-out muito fáceis e práticos no computador na frente ao elevador, não precisa nem
passar pela recepção, o hotel e os quartos são bem
novos e modernos

Cons:

Achei distante da estação central de Zermatt, para quem
vai com malas grandes e pesada pode ser uma longa caminhada, ainda mais se estiver nevando. Outro ponto negativo é que o aquecedor do nosso quarto não estava funcionando.

Sam pokój mały ale fajny i fajnie urządzony, czysto i przyjemnie, można by poprawić mocowanie telewizora bo miałem wrażenie że zaraz spadnie.

Cons:

Zacinające się zasłony w oknie przez co widzieli nas pracownicy biura znajdującego się na przeciw. Zasłonka pod prysznicem niedostatecznie blokowała wodę z pod prysznica przez co woda rozlewała się po podłodze w całej toalecie. Z minusów to niewygodny sposób uruchamiania wody pod prysznicem. Trzeba było wciskać ciągle przycisk. Ja wiem że ekologia ale to strasznie niewygodne.

Room was adequate for a 1 night stay.

Cons:

Location quite far from train station. Room was small and felt like a warehouse with concrete ceiling and walls, and minimal furniture. Outside construction was noisy until balcony door was closed. Only found a kettle in the kitchen.

Room is good, but bathroom condition has destroyed everything.
Pros:

room is big, also with big balcony

Cons:

The bathroom is a disaster. Shower head always turns back to face the wall, whatever direction you try to put it. And there is not fence to keep the water in the shower room, so after a shower, water is everywhere.
