Pros:

Absolutely fantastic apartment in an exceptional location. Very handy for the Thai embassy and great value for central London. Spacious, clean, high ceilings, comfortable beds and well appointed bathroom and kitchen. Really helpful reception staff.

Location, space of studio and ceiling height of ground floor. Air conditioning on ground floor.

Cons:

Could have been a little bit cleaner, attention to detail. Air conditioning did not have desired affect on mezzanine floor. Mezzanine floor ceiling height low.

Pros:

Location is very good. Near Hyde Park.

Cons:

I stayed at a studio apartment in the basement level. The elevator machine was next to my room and it was so annoying. I hear the noise all the time inside the room. Also, everything happens or any discussion outside the apartment I can hear it clearly. Not very much isolated.

Perfect location for us every thing a short walk away
Pros:

Location was perfect for us and the fact that we could park the car right outside the property was ideal. met by welcoming staff.

Cons:

A small carton of fresh milk left in fridge would have been amazing, so upon arrival we don't have to go and search for deli/supermakrket. there is a small packet of powdered milk available but after a long haul a real cup of tea is amazing.

There was a lot of noise from the floor above during all night and day. There was no recycling nor separation of trash which was kind of a shock.
