I cannot say enough good things about Clover Hotel! After a long 19-hour flight, all I wanted was a comfortable, hassle-free stay and Clover absolutely delivered. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were warm, kind, and accommodating, making me feel instantly at home.

My room was spotless, well-prepared, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed: clean drinking water, perfectly working air conditioning, and a cozy, restful bed. The bathroom was immaculate with strong water flow and all the essentials ready to use. Even the little details, like fresh slippers and working remotes, were taken care of.

What impressed me most was how genuinely attentive the staff were. Every request I made was met quickly and with a smile, which made my stay feel effortless and stress-free. Instead of feeling tired and overwhelmed after traveling, I was able to relax, recharge, and truly enjoy my vacation.

Clover Hotel exceeded every expectation and set the standard for hospitality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

Disappointing. Not worth the money..
Pros:

Despite checking in late our room was not prepared broken refrigerator not cooling. They have to replace it just when we checked in at night. Not functioning stove. Which I paid extra for the kitchenette. There were no plates and cutlery, the drawers were still dusty because it’s a new hotel. The info at booking.com was not precise regarding what is available already and what’s not. I paid extra for non existing equipments.

They didn’t clean the room the 2 night we were there.
No cable channel..We didn’t get to sign in to our Netflix because the previous guest was Korean and they didn’t know how to sign out..

Pros:

Good location. Easy to find. Close to Koreatown. Clean. Have free parking. Have massage on location if you want. Had to put down a 2000 pesos deposit and they will return it to you if there’s no damages to the room.

Pros:

The Clover Hotel is very good. I want a car and driver who knew their way around Subic. The driver was not available so one of the managers jumped in the driver's seat. Very helpful.
