Important information:

The property's restaurant will be going through renovation work from 1 November 2023 until 31 December 2024. The renovation on restaurant area is expected to be extended until December 2024.

Please note that during this period the restaurant will be under renovation, and some rooms may be affected by noise. Renovation work is done approximately from 08.00 AM to 06.00 PM (hotel local time) daily.
The renovation of property restaurant is extended to 31 March 2025.

Pros:

Excellent place to stay. Staff are exceptional from reception, restaurant, floor staff cleaners poolside. Will happily help with all your hotel and travel needs. Great food. Very comfy beds.

Cons:

Maybe staff could be a little quieter first thing in the morning. Not everyone is awake at 7am when they are on their holidays!!! 😊

Great 2 nights here, got early check in easily, room great size and super comfortable bed.
Pros:

The location was great, walking distance to everything.
The water for guests was in glass bottles not plastic.

Nettes Hotel mitten in Sanur
Pros:

Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen mitten in Sanur, in der Nähe von Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Strand. Es ist ein sehr nettes Hotel mit schönem Pool. Alle Angestellten sind immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer riechen leider meistens etwas feucht-muffig, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Was mich allerdings am meisten stört ist, dass man als Bettdecke eine Art Wolldecke bekommt, die in 2 Bettücher eingeschlagen ist. Ein einfacher Bettbezug würde dieses Problem lösen. Das Frühstück ist meiner Meinung nach überteuert für was man bekommt, vor allem im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants/Hotels. Von daher haben wir ohne Frühstück gebucht und waren in einem der vielen Cafes frühstücken.

very nice place to stay with lots of good places to eat nearby
Pros:

I like the upstairs room in the large balcony, the breakfast and we enjoyed the pool. The staff was quite friendly and although it’s not a busy street it was pretty quiet at night.

Cons:

we worried about children playing in the pool without adults, but I don’t know who’s fault that is
