Huge attitude difference between the nice personell in the restaurant and those at the reception.
Pros:

Very good breakfast and other meals, excellent workers in the restaurant area. Unfortunately, the staff at the reception were completely opposite.

Cons:

We got a room on ground floor. Huge mistake, because the room had a bad humidity odor/smell that we felt throughout our stay. Apart from being unpleasant, it is also very unhealthy to breathe that kind of air during the sleep.
I tried to get a regular business invoice several times (at the reception, sent several emails) but to no avail. Person at the reception asked me "What is an invoice?" and did not want to print it or send it to me. Still haven't received an invoice after more than a month since our check-out.

Расположение отеля, вежливый персонал, питание, оснащение и площадь номера. Качественная уборка номера.

Cons:

Очень неудобная кровать (слишком мягкий матрас). Не понравилось, что на пляже нет туалета и какого-либо вообще сервиса от отеля, кроме лежаков.

Местоположение, персонал,
Отель не плохой, но из за состояния это 3+, номер нам дали большой примерно 60 кв. М , потолок 4 м
Душ 2 кв. М очень, очень маленький.
Еда разнообразная , но вся турецкая.. Были дни , не могли даже поужинать , одни эти фрикадельки их.
А так много и всегда было полны столы, но все однотипное и турецкое.
Очень хороший персонал, лифты всегда работали) до этого читали, что вечная проблема)
Убирали все быстро и чисто, меняли полотенца.
Для 4* нет ничего моещих средств
В большой колбе гель одинаковый для рук и тело.
Да, забыла сказать , в номере была полноценная кухня, но все отключено , ничего не работало и без посуды.
В принципе , я привередливая избаловная , но больших притензияя ге нашла и даже не обращалась с вопросами.
Да , до моря идти 5 мин, всегда свободные лежаки и вход в воду. Хороший.
НО НЕТ ТАМ НИ БАРА НИ МАГАЗИНЧИКОВ.
ПРИХОДИЛОСЬ ИДТИ ТО В ОТЕЛЬ ОБРАТНО , ТО В ДАЛЬНИЙ МАГАЗИН.
ПРОЖИВАЛИ , С 23.10-30.10.25

Аккуратно с алкоголем.
Вино + что то ( непонятное) от него от двух бокалов уже себя не помнишь. Пришлось больше ге брать(🤣)

Beliggenhet, bra service fra ansatte.
Pros:

Sentral beliggenhet, 4-5 minutter til hotelstranden. God mat på alle måltider, kunne vært litt flere variarsjoner på menyen. Ekte glass til drinker og vin, ikke tynne plast beger mange bruker. Hard plast glass rundt basseng.

Fornøyd.

Sehr erholsam, aber dieses Hotel wahrscheinlich kein weiteres Mal

Die Aussicht vom Restaurant und die netten Kellner

Cons:

Die Empfangsdame war sehr unverschämt und hat uns dreist belogen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und sie steckt uns in eins mit seitlichem Meerblick. Auf Reklamation reagiert sie trotzig, herablassend und hat gelogen es gäbe keine mit Meerblick. Da ich 4 mal dort war, stimmte ihre Aussage nicht.
