Cons:

Just they do not change the towels every day. This is a weak point.

Pros:

Het was mijn 2e keer in dit hotel. Ten opzichte van oktober 2024 is het hotel achteruit gegaan. Er werken nog veel dezelfde, vriendelijke mensen als toen maar ook een paar nieuwe, hele interessante mannelijke medewerkers. Op een onvriendelijke, botte manier zeggen, als je opstond van tafel, thank you for the Service! Je gaat deze toch niet een fooi in de hand duwen omdat ze je een drankje hebben gebracht. Hierover hebben vele gasten geklaagd.

Cons:

Zoals al geschreven is het hotel ten opzichte van oktober 2024 achteruit gegaan. Zwembad was niet schoon, kapotte zwembadrand, onvriendelijk personeel. Heel jammer!

Brug ikke værelset hvis det ikke er klar til brug

Beliggenhed

Cons:

Der gik over et døgn før de fik lavet et løbende toilet, vi kunne i den tid ikke bruge toilettet. Receptionen var i øvrigt så arrogante at de sagde vi bare kunne bruge toilettet i receptionen
Ingen telefon på værelset, der virkede (det på toilettet virkede heller ikke)så vi kunne ikke kontakte receptionen uden at gå der op
Ingen safety boks
Vi skulle selv bede om det vand, vi burde have fået dagligt på værelset
Ingen do not disturb skilt
Maden alt for ensformigt og der var store problemer med at få fyldt op. Af samme grund spiste vi kun aftensmad der 2 gange
Air conditioning virkede først nogenlunde i 2. Uge
Bare rigtig øv og ja vi klagede men fornemmede hurtigt at vi blev upopulære og derfor turde vi ikke blive ved da vi jo trods alt skulle være der i 2 uger og ville ikke stemples som den der klagede
Vi boede i 3103 og altså den bygning længst væk fra receptionen

Fantastisk beliggenhed, udsigten fra restauranten igen fantastisk:)

Cons:

Synes aftensmaden er blevet en smule mere begrænset i udvalget og kører meget på sammenkogte retter, der var 2 aftener hvor der var laks man kunne tage fra buffeten, men allerede efter 25 min var der ikke mere og jeg efterspurgte om der kom mere men de sagde der var slut.

Loved it ! Definitely stay again .
Pros:

Had a fantastic stay at Side Su Hotel. The service, location and atmosphere were all excellent. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

It’s only about a 20-minute waterfront walk to the Old Town and ancient ruins, which was one of the highlights of our trip.

Cons:

Nothing .. definitely stay here again . Great value . Lots of restaurants and bars on the beach front too .

Świetny hotel na udany chillout. Pyszne jedzenie z fenomenalnym widokiem.
Pros:

Lokalizacja w centrum Side, ale nieco na uboczu. Dostaliśmy duży pokój w dodatkowym budynku tuż obok basenu. Bez dzieci zatem wszędzie spokój. Wifi darmowe dostępne w całym obiekcie i działa bezproblemowo. Bardzo dobre jedzenie z fenomenalnym widokiem z restauracji na 5 piętrze. Ten widok jest wart każdych pieniędzy. Najlepszy w mieście :) Jedzenie codziennie coś innego. Można podjeść ryby, mięsa z grilla, nawet niezła pizzę (jak na Turcję). Pyszne desery. W opcji all-inclusive dostępne też napoje i lody. Dostępne dwa baseny i zawsze jakieś miejsce się znalazło. Animacje/alkohol to nie dla nas, ale też coś tam było dostępne. Z chęcią tu wrócimy.

Cons:

Tylko jedna działająca winda w hotelu to stanowczo za mało w godzinach szczytu zwłaszcza że niektóre nacje spoza EU mają swoje pseudozwyczaje. Sama plaża hotelowa jest bardzo mała i zatłoczona. Bez beach baru. Dla mnie to duży minus. Jeżdziliśmy na plaże taksówką za port, gdzie jest duża i piaszczysta plaża leżakami za 10 EUR. Słabe lunchboxy. Gdyby udało się to zmienić to byłoby 10/10.

Huge attitude difference between the nice personell in the restaurant and those at the reception.
Pros:

Very good breakfast and other meals, excellent workers in the restaurant area. Unfortunately, the staff at the reception were completely opposite.

Cons:

We got a room on ground floor. Huge mistake, because the room had a bad humidity odor/smell that we felt throughout our stay. Apart from being unpleasant, it is also very unhealthy to breathe that kind of air during the sleep.
I tried to get a regular business invoice several times (at the reception, sent several emails) but to no avail. Person at the reception asked me "What is an invoice?" and did not want to print it or send it to me. Still haven't received an invoice after more than a month since our check-out.
