Food was great and quiet peaceful atmosphere

Very nice hotel, the gardens and pools are amazing, the staff super friendly and helpful, good breakfast and centrally located, walkable to restaurants and shops.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing! It was fabulous! The staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and very detailed oriented! The room was perfectly clean as was the bathroom. I really appreciated that the staff wanted to go above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They sure did! Great location in Ubud! Delicious food! The floating breakfast is a must. The spa massage was quite relaxing in a beautiful and peaceful environment. They also have a bartender at a swim up bar.

Hotel set over different buildings and it’s quite tiring to walk up and down and also no lifts. Older guests or guests with mobility issues should be aware

Lovely stay!! Property has wonderful established grounds and the option of 2 x swimming pools. The room was super clean and comfortable ….. great nights sleep! I am grateful to Astri, Livia and Tunik for their warmth and hospitality!! Highly recommend!!

Stunning!

Beautiful paradise on walking distance of restaurants, shops, monkey forrest and palace

We had the suite which was only refurbished 12 months ago, so it was nice and clean, with large bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful when we asked to move to the 2nd floor for more privacy. This was done with no fuss at all.

The swimming pool is very nice. It's a proper swimming pool where you can do laps. There is also a 2nd swimming pool for kids. And the surrounding is lush and beautiful.

The location of the hotel is too notch. It's quiet but only 100 metres from all the Ubud cafes and restaurants.

Two things to improve:
1. No gym facility. To my understanding this is due to the gym is being refurbished. It will be nice if the hotel can give us vouchers to the nearby gym.
2. Breakfast can be vastly improved. We stayed at the suite room to which we are entitled for an ala carte breakfast. But the standard buffet breakfast is too plain/limited. E.g. the fruit selection is very limited. The are very limited desserts or cakes during our stay. And the hot food selection is also to plain for us.

All the staff was extremely nice. The spa could improve a bit more, but we still got a very nice massage. The floating breakfast was very nice. The room was big and spacious. The AC did not make the room cold, but it was not too hot either. The bed and bed frame are extremely squeaky, bu overall for the price it was a good experience.

Hotellet er sentralt og uteområdene er veldig fine. Dessverre for oss bodde vi i det jeg vil tro er den «gamle» delen. Det var ikke like bra som på bildene.. Blant annet et knust vindu som er dekket til med papp. Videre var ikke badet like fint som på bildene. For oss dro dessverre kvaliteten på rommet ned opplevelsen.

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights. We loved the location - right in the heart of Ubud close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, but tucked down a long driveway for a quiet and relaxing space. We found the staff to be incredibly attentive and we were greeted by name every time we went past the reception desk. We will be back to stay again.

Great property, service and location.

The staff were very friendly. They made you feel very welcome. It’s a beautiful property. Nice pool. It’s built back in a gorge so lots of stairs. I would stay here again

I would stay here again, great location walking distance to everything however about 5 mins drive to Main Street. Beautiful setting

stunning hotel in best location

Short walking distance from the main shopping road. Very nice and quiet place with very friendly staff. Room service was exceptional, very prompt catering exactly what we wanted. Drawback was AC not working, mattress could be better, lotion and shampoo missing and locker in the room very ancient and not user friendly. Although repair was prompt. Stay here for cheap cost, exceptional service, very friendly staff, serene environment, good pool and good food.

I enjoyed my time at Artini resort. It was a very peaceful environment. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, although many did not understand english.
However the walls of my room were very thin and i could hear everything in nearby rooms. That was my only criticism. Very close to great restaurants and the yoga barn.

The Artini was great. It had a very relaxing feel to it. There were a lot of restaurants in walking distance and the staff was very good. I will stay there again the next time I am in Ubud.
