Pros:

Fast alles, dass Personal war super, das Frühstück angemessen und das Zimmer mehr als ausreichend.
Bin sehr zufrieden gewesen und jederzeit wieder. 🤠

Cons:

Das ich den Rollstuhl im Eingang die ersten 5 Stufen jedesmal hoch schleppen musste, obwohl es einen Klapplift für Rollstühle gab. Den ich aber nicht nutzen konnte, da verschlossen.

Location location location for travellers about to start a Bordeaux river cruise
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Great location by the river with tram line adjacent. Within walking distance (<100 metres) to the quai where our river cruise commenced.

Cons:

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the weekends.

L'emplacement tout prêt du transport et de la Garonne promenade.

Je n'ai pas beaucoup apprécié le nombre de stagiaires dans l'hôtel. Presque tout le personnel était des étudiants de l'école Vatel, on se croit qu'on est hébergé dans un internat d'étudiants.je ne suis pas contre qu'on integre des étudiants de l'école mais le client a besoin de plus de service professionnel pour son confort et surtout dans un hotel 4 étoiles.

Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel, el personal. Muy amable y siempre dispuesto para cualquier necesidad.
El tamaño de la habitación está muy bien.
Y el desayuno buffet, muy completo.

Cons:

Hubo un par de cosas mejorables, las vistas de la habitación, que daban a otro edificio, y la conectividad de la televisión. Pero son cosas sin importancia, la estancia fue muy buena.
