Important information:

Please note that the snow hotel, ice restaurant and ice bar are only open from the 15th of December until the 31st of March. Kindly be advised that Arctic SnowHotel needs to be re-built every year, and the construction takes place from October to December. This might cause some disturbance.

There is no public transport between Rovaniemi and Arctic Glass Igloos but the hotel arranges transfer upon request. Please contact Arctic Glass for further information.

Très médiocre pour le prix
Pros:

Le concept est intéressant mais dans la pièce où nous allons nous changer et attendre de pouvoir prendre possession de notre chambre à 21h il n’y a pas de douche, pas de verre vide pour boire de l’eau . Compte tenu du tarif, ce fut le minimum

Cons:

Le sauna privé avec jacuzzi est sans intérêt, mal organisé, dangereux
Le repas dans le restaurant de glace est vraiment quelconque

Levede op til forventningerne om en enestående oplevelse. Men en dyr ferie.
Pros:

Alt, god service, en masse aktiviteter på hotellet, rent, flot og moderne indretning. Spændende og anderledes med is hotel og glas kubler

Cons:

Toilettet i glas igloerne er kun en halv væg, dvs den ikke slutter tæt til loftet. Der er ikke så meget privat liv på toilettet. Det betyder ikke så meget når man er en familie.

Nice place to visit, but a very bad idea to spend the night.
Pros:

A unique experience with beautiful ice installations, worth visiting for the architecture and atmosphere alone.

Cons:

I spent one night in an ice igloo and unfortunately didn’t sleep at all.

Check-in to the igloos is only from 9 PM, and you must leave by 10 AM. During the day, your room is part of the hotel tour, so many visitors walk through to see it and unfortunately, there is not much to do while waiting for your room.

Once you check in, note there is no bathroom in the igloos (which is understandable), but toilets are nearby.

There is also a guest area with showers and bathrooms where you can rest, but it is very poorly equipped: no towels, no proper blankets, just basic bunk beds and a pillow. There’s no water available except a vending machine, and you can’t fully turn off the lights. When I went there in the middle of the night because I couldn’t sleep in the igloo, I expected it to be quiet — but almost all beds were occupied.

For the price paid, much more effort should be made in this guest area, since most guests end up spending more time there than in the igloo: Towels, better bedding, and more comfort would make a big difference.

Świetna lokalizacja, włącznik uruchamiania alertów zorzowych (który się bardzo przydał), mega wygodne łóżka z opcją ustawienia odpowiedniego poziomu do obserwacji nieba. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie i świetny wybór. Super pomocny personel - sami się zorientowali, że nadpłaciłam kwotę na zwiedzanie SnowHotel (raz zapłaciłam, rezerwując glass igloo przez Booking, następnie osobno rezerwując kolację bezpośrednio na stronie Arctic SnowHotel) i zrobili zwrot pieniędzy, który otrzymałam natychmiast.

Hôtel magnifique
Pros:

Très bel hôtel ! Endroit magnifique. Les igloos sont top.
Le personnel est très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et avec beaucoup de choix
Il y a les activités gratuites comme la luge, les trottinettes et les raquettes qui sont sympathiques à faire. Le paysage prêt du lac est magnifique
