Important information:

Please note that the snow hotel, ice restaurant and ice bar are only open from the 15th of December until the 31st of March. Kindly be advised that Arctic SnowHotel needs to be re-built every year, and the construction takes place from October to December. This might cause some disturbance.

There is no public transport between Rovaniemi and Arctic Glass Igloos but the hotel arranges transfer upon request. Please contact Arctic Glass for further information.

晚餐價格昂貴，昂貴在於，我們訂了6:30的自助餐，吃的東西非常少選擇，最重要是員工不會主動補給食物。我們這餐一個人是EUR49. 一點不值得。另外，網站只是不清晰，由酒店大堂到酒店房，原來有員工傳送行李到房間服務，但需要提早24小時預約。但網站及預訂後相關同事沒有任何提示。我們要自行拉着行李在石仔路拖行。還好入住當天沒有雪。相對來說好一點。另外，房間殘舊，我們大門鎖不上。無需拍卡可自動開門，看到門上有好多修正過的痕跡。相信是酒店沒有根本解決相關問題。但也要給酒店一個讚，由於我們第二天是早上九點的飛機，在我們詢問吓，酒店提前一晚給我們們準備了豐富早餐。這是唯一滿意的地方。

Pros:

The property is nice in design, great staff at the receptionist. Breakfast was also great but will be better if there was a corner for asian food.

Ice bar is also close as the weather starts to warm up and it is starting to melt but hotel is nice enough to provide a complimentary drink. There are also tour for ice hotel but Most of the ice sculpture is already melting. There is a sauna but shared for both genders.

Cons:

Hot water only for 50 mins for 4 pax, still sufficient but will be great if the glass can change to tinted, better if they could provide bathroom slippers and eye mask. In the morning light will start to shine in.

There is a k supermarket 10mins drive away, but dinner can only be at the restaurant as there are no other food. Else eat cup nooldles or bread

Výborná chutná snídaně, velký výběr. Ubytování v iglú pěkné, ale bylo dost chladno. Polohovatelné postele. Alarm, který upozorňuje na Auroru. V ceně prohlídka snow hotelu. Pěkná poloha u jezera.

Cons:

Malé polštáře a velmi slabé přikrývky. WC a sprcha součástí iglú, bohužel jen za přepážkou bez krytého stropu.

Unser Aufenthalt war großartig, ein echtes Erlebnis.
Pros:

Wir haben in einem Glasiglu direkt am Wald gewohnt und konnten das Eishotel als Übernachtungsgäste während der Öffnungszeiten jederzeit ansehen oder besuchen. Das Hotelgelände liegt abgelegen im Wald und an einem See. Das Frühstück war großartig, Mittag-oder Abendessen kann man in drei verschiedenen Restaurants dazubuchen. Ansonsten bestehen keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Das Snow Hotel ist das Highlight aber die Glass Igloos sind es nicht.
Pros:

Glass Igloos sind toll zum schlafen. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker.

Cons:

Die SKy Bar ist nicht sehr einladend. Das Buffet im Log ist deutlich zu teuer fürs angebotene Essen. Die Igloos sind sehr einfach und schlicht gehalten. Das Bad hat für Frauen nicht viel Ausstattung.

Einzigartig und toll
Pros:

Im Snow Hotel zu übernachtenden ist ein Erlebnis. Es ist überhaupt nicht kalt oder feucht in den Schlafsäcken. Die Luft ist toll und es ist super ruhig und dunkel. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Da man erst in den Iglu geht wenn man schlafen möchte hängt man vorher im großen Aufenthaltsraum rum mit einigen Kulturen. Die Bar ist nicht einladend.
