The windows facing main road, high level of noise
The facilities were not good, hot water tab was not working in the bathroom, the toilet water was leaking non stop
The kitchen tab is not working
Behind head board exposed wires, and earth wire
Noisy and not dark in the room
Kitchen facilities and en suite
Please clean all the hairs out of the bed before the next person gets in.
You need to Clean under the toilet seat as well, not just wipe the top.
I wasn’t expecting the ritz for the price but these little things are easily done.
Kitchen facilities and en suite
Traffic noise at front of hotel and no second glazing to reduce noise. No curtains and blinds aren’t blackout
Internet non existent
Kitchen facilities, easy parking and en suite.
Traffic noise, internet has not worked once in 6 weeks of staying there, too many logged on not enough boosters and insufficient bandwidth for everyone to use.
Lift accessibility, friendly staff, location, parking is very useful.
Lovevthe idea of kitchenette, hob, toaster, fridge, microwave, all very useful
The bed sheets were dirty the Lillie's, matrass and duvet all covered in multiple marks, not pleasant to sleep on....
Perfectly adequate accommodation at a very reasonable price. Well located for the Black Country Living Museum and other Black Country venues
All three of us stopping at the Station Aparthotel for 2 nights had to change our rooms on both nights. This was due to the absolutely dreadful and very LOUD banging noise coming from the plumbing in all three adjacent rooms (203, 204, 205). However the staff were extremely helpful and moved us to upgraded double rooms for the first night. However it was good that were able to inform the duty manager before 11.00 pm as after that time there is no management representative available in the hotel. The next morning we were told that the problem would be fixed, but on checking our original rooms (203, 204, 205), we found that it was just as bad as the previous night. We were then moved to a multi room suite which was very nice.
Bright and clean looking. Reception staff very helpful with a couple of problems we had with our room.
The location for where we needed to get to was ideal.
The temperature of the room was cold and the heater did not stay on long enough to keep the room warm. The windows did not keep out the noise from the street. The plumbing was making a lot of noise through the night, as if someone was constantly banging on the wall.
Staff were nice
Location good
Room stunk of smoke
Someone next door was coughing their guts up and was towels out side the room covered in phlegm, décor was dated and a very lumpy mattress. Road outside is very busy which can't be helped, due to being an old building with old windows there is hardly an noise cancellation.
They need to improve in their bed like Dover cove, the bed sheet, and pillow, are not too comfortable. The hot water takes eternity to get hot, the room hitting should be on maybe 30-min before the guest arrival. Coming from cold and entry into a room as cold as that is not too good. I try to go on the bed to hit up myself, and it was cold too.
The hotel was clean. No noise, the kitchen was great, and the fridge was clean. The tea bag, milk was cool, it helps me in reducing the cold.
