It’s in the middle of town
We got bitten by bedbugs and it’s duper noisy can’t sleep you can hear all the traffic noise 24/7
A block away from the main cathedral, a 10 minute walk to the bus station. Super clean, nice bed and pillows.

Decía que incluía desayuno pero solo ofrecía un opción de café solo y un plato de fruta. Cualquier cambio o agregado se pagaba aparte, lo cual para la categoría del hotel fue sorpresivo y escaso.

The bed was super comfortable!
We highly recommend William Hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff extremely helpful. The adjoining restaurant, La Americana, has very good food. We at there twice. The rooms are a bit small but beautifully decorated and well appointed. The toiletries provided are top notch. The shower is wonderful.
There isn’t anything that we didn’t like. Our stay was superb.

Es algo que no es del hotel, pero podrían tener en cuenta. Pedimos un taxi para el traslado a CDMX, y el vehículo no estaba en condiciones de hacer ese viaje.
Sin aire acondicionado, sin cinturones de seguridad ni apoya cabezas en asientos traseros. Muy inseguro.
Lugar muy moderno, limpio, cómodo y su personal muy amable. Tienen un restaurante con comidas muy sabrosas. El cuarto estuvo muy acogedor y con una muy buena iluminación. Tiene un buen closet y además planchador. El baño tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Muy buena ubicación, cerca del zócalo y la iglesia Santa Priska. Nuestro cuerto tenía balcón. Están pendientes de sus huéspedes, dando tapones por el ruido del festival y dulces de mazapán.

Room had tasteful decoration and very clean. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
The music from first floor was heard from our room (we stayed in the last floor). There were works/renovations happening until 10pm which made it hard to rest
