Für Kurztrips absolut geeignet, sehr gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Stadtmitte. Perfekte Anbindung S-Bahn nach Berlin, kurze Fahrten. Frühstücksbuffet außerordentlich gut. Sehr bequemes Bett/ Matratze.

Cons:

Insgesamt vom Stil nicht mehr zeitgemäß, viele Dinge sind "abgewohnt". Die Duschstange hat sich z.B. gelöst. Es wird allerdings derzeit renoviert, der Baulärm ist zu ertragen.

Leider ist der Zustand des Hotels nicht sehr gut und das hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis deutlich geschmälert. das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Gesamtzustand des Hotels ist nicht sehr gut und einem 4* Haus nicht angemessen.

Cons:

Na ja, das Hotel 🏨 ist ziemlich "in die Jahre" gekommen und eigentlich mal renovierungsbedürftig.

Nie wieder ins Wyndham, egal welches Hotel der Kette. Du wirst als Kunde nicht ernst genommen!

Fällt mir nichts ein

Cons:

Erste Badnutzung, auf dem Waschtisch liegt noch ein gebrauchtes Q-Tip. Sauber machen geht anders.
Erste Nacht alle 20 Minuten ein lautes Geräusch, ähnlich einer Schlagbohrmaschine, wohl von einem Technikproblem.
An Schlaf war nicht zu denken.
Am nächsten Morgen reklamieren wir und wollen das Zimmer wechseln.
Man vertröstet uns. Der Handwerker sei bestellt.
Zweite Nacht: eine Gruppe junger Fußballer macht richtig Lärm bis in die Puppen. Schlafen erst ab Mitternacht möglich.
Beim Auschecken fordern wir vergeblich eine Ermäßigung für zwei Nächte mit Lärmbelästigung.
Die Frau an der Rezeption ist dafür nicht zuständig und berechnet uns zusätzlich 22 Euro für 2 Tage Parken im Freien.
Es interessiert sie nicht, dass wir höchst unzufrieden sind mit dem Hotel.
Hier steht der Kunde nicht im Mittelpunkt, er stört wohl nur.

Pros:

.. alles da - was es braucht, sauber und sehr ansprechend, Zimmer wie gewünscht + ansprechend 🍀

Schlieren freie Spiegel, Fön sogar, viel Platz, gute Lage , gute Anbindung - sehr ruhig ; freundliches Personal - zwei Aufzüge, großzügiges Treppenhaus, großer Frühstücksraum und ein wunderbar arrangiertes Frühstücksbuffet , sehr bequemes Bett, Fernseher und kostenfreies WLAN, Garderobe und Kofferablage, Verdunkelungsgardinen .. und ein Neues Testament in der Schublade .. Dankeschön!

Cons:

.. die "Kommentare" über einen Teppich (!) .. halte ich für nicht angebracht - bis überzogen; warum lenkt man seinen Fokus auf solch ein "Detail" .. ich kann es nicht nachvollziehen

Das Personal, nicht die Möglichkeit etwas zu stornieren , die Heizung hat dauerhaft geblubbert, der Aufzug war kontinuierlich lautstark und es war alles andere als sauber

Mülleimer werden hier nur gelegentlich geleert!

Es kann nicht sein, dass man in einem frisch bezogenen Zimmer einen Mülleimer vorfindet, der bis zum Rand mit benutzten Taschentücher gefüllt ist! Eine Entschuldigung dafür gab es nicht, stattdessen die Aussage von der Rezeption: Fall ich eine Mülltonne finde, leere ich den Eimer noch! ?????
