De fleste af personalet var søde, smilende og hjælpsomme. Dog ingen mulighed for at kommunikere på andet end Thai.
Front desk manager kunne kun ganske få engelske ord (dog ville han ikke indrømme det og havde en arrogant attituden), hvilket gjorde kommunikation om alt fra Nytårsbuffet, rengøring og shuttle bus næsten umuligt.

All the staff were friendly, polite, and always smiling. The service was great.The resort is surrounded by lots of trees, very green and shady — nice to walk around.There’s a rocky viewpoint by the sea with a beautiful and peaceful view.The swimming pool is large, clean, and overlooks the open sea — very relaxing.The atmosphere here is amazing — quiet and perfect for resting.The resort is set in nature, with both sea and mountain views in one place.The room was spacious, clean, with a soft bed and good pillows. I slept very well.In the morning, I opened the curtain and saw the sea view — such a refreshing start to the day.The bathroom was clean, had a bathtub for soaking, and strong water pressure.Breakfast had plenty of choices, tasted really good, and came with a nice sea view.Dinner at the resort was delicious, flavorful, and freshly cooked.This place is perfect for anyone who wants peace and quiet, away from the crowds.I felt really relaxed during my stay and completely recharged.If I have a chance, I’ll definitely come back again.Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a beautiful, calm, and natural place to stay.

การมาเที่ยวเกาะช้างครั้งนี้เลือกพักที่ Kooncharaburi Resort Koh Chang ฝั่งซ้ายของเกาะ ต้องบอกเลยว่าประทับใจตั้งแต่ก้าวแรกที่มาถึง พนักงานต้อนรับยิ้มแย้ม ให้คำแนะนำดีมาก การเช็กอินรวดเร็วและเป็นกันเอง รู้สึกอบอุ่นเหมือนมาพักผ่อนที่บ้าน
บรรยากาศรีสอร์ทร่มรื่น มีต้นไม้เยอะ รายล้อมด้วยธรรมชาติ แถมติดทะเล เล่นน้ำได้จริง น้ำใสสะอาด เงียบสงบเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อนสุด ๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีกิจกรรมให้ทำทั้งพายคายัค ซัพบอร์ด และสระว่ายน้ำใหญ่พร้อมวิวสวยหลักล้าน เรียกว่าผ่อนคลายและสนุกไปพร้อมกัน
ห้องพักก็กว้างขวางมาก สะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ถือว่าคุ้มค่าเกินราคา อาหารก็อร่อย รสชาติดี หลากหลาย มีทั้งร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่ และบาร์ริมหาด เรียกว่ามาที่นี่ครบจบในที่เดียวจริง ๆ
แม้รีสอร์ทจะอยู่ลึกจากถนนใหญ่ แต่ข้อดีคือได้ใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ ความเงียบสงบ และได้พักสมองจากความวุ่นวายในเมือง เหมาะกับการมาชาร์จพลังชีวิตแบบที่สุด
และ ไฮไลท์ที่ไม่ควรพลาด คือการเดินทางไป เกาะง่าม และ หาดยุทธนาวีเกาะช้าง จากรีสอร์ทใช้เวลาไม่ถึงครึ่งชั่วโมง เกาะสวย น้ำใส หาดทรายขาว บรรยากาศสุดปัง เรียกว่ามาแล้วต้องตกหลุมรักเกาะช้างซ้ำอีกแน่นอน

Just got back from Kooncharaburi Resort Koh Chang and wow… what an amazing stay!
From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly, helpful and made check-in so easy. The whole place feels green and peaceful, surrounded by trees and right by the sea. Perfect spot if you just want to chill, relax, and escape the city noise.
The beach here is beautiful and calm, great for swimming, and you can also try fun activities like kayaking or paddle boarding. The pool is huge with such a stunning view – honestly one of the highlights for me!
Our room was super spacious, very clean, and definitely worth the price. Food was delicious with lots of choices – plus they’ve got a restaurant, a café, and even a beach bar. Literally, everything you need in one place.
Yes, it’s a bit further in from the main road, but honestly that’s part of the charm.

Our check in was at 2 and we were made to wait till 4:45 at the reception saying the previous guest didn't leave and they need time cleaning up. One of the Aircons didn't work but then they fixed it after complaining. The bath room wasn't mainted well. There was mold on the blinds and the shower attachment needs to be changed. It's located completely interiors and there was no option to rent a bike. There was only an expensive taxi service, if it's just one person wanting to go out. Our sister had a health issue and we requested to cook some plain rice that we brought, apart from our dinner orders. They couldn't fulfill it. The resort was understaffed and lots of communication gap and the manager was travelling apparently to take any feedback. Over all terribly disappointed.

Way too expensive and too far away from white beach. There is nothing too do here, Pool is dirty, beach also, kitchen close already 19,30 after this nothing at al too do not even a snooker table. Strange way too book taxi, they scam you, I book taxi with reception and got a tuk tuk instead. The hotel drive me for free to a place for rent a bike said the drive was for free, to the rent for bike place but charged me 400 baht for the ride back this took less than 10 minit drive and why was the ride too the bike was free but not the ride back. Very strange. The whole place is a scam and booking pricing on the island koh chang is not correct. No way these hotels are worth 10000 baht too 30000 baht and the day after I booked almost all hotels had 50 procent discount. This hotel make relationships broke up.
The scenery
Rooms are old, not clean, equipment not working (leaking fridge, water heater not working, bathtub broken...), no TV, no room cleaning, no room service. If you pay for an additional bed, you only get a mattress on the floor...
