Great hostel/hotel in general.
Pros:

Staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. The restaurants are great too and rooms are spacious. The location is great, close to everything.

Cons:

The beds aren’t the best but definitely not the worst. We had a king bed but it was two small beds put together so the middle was uncomfortable.

ich war dieses mal in einem Männer Schlafsaal und es hat mir sehr gefallen, weil Du hast eine eigene sleepbox und schower and toilette together, but no problem, because verry clean…

Good location
Pros:

The location is very convenient, it is close to different restaurants, malls, 7 eleven. To Intramuros it takes around 30 minutes by motorbike, and to the airport around 45 minutes by car.
Beds are comfortable, The curtain to cover the bed isn't very big and doesn't cover everything. Overall, the bathroom is clean, and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

Internet is not good. It stop working like for 2 days.

Pros:

Close to everything. Got a private room. It’s was ok. 2 singles pushed together so can’t lie in the middle. The rooftop bar is a nice place for drink also. Close to the bars and restaurants. Street food is easy to find as is bars, and western offerings if you don’t want local food.

Cons:

Had some bad smells in the common areas. Not sure what it was but I hope they fix it. The place its self is a bit boring. I asked about Manila tours and was told that the best way to see Manila is to organise it myself! Haha which did make me laugh I’ll admit.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff, but a Few Issues
Pros:

I chose this hotel because I’d stayed here before with TruTravels, so it felt familiar and comfortable. I only stayed one night before flying out of the Philippines, but overall it was a pleasant stay. The bed was really comfy, the room itself was nice, and the bathroom was good. The staff were a highlight — super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Cons:

There were a few issues that affected my stay. The shower never got properly hot — more lukewarm — and the shower head kept slipping down, which was a bit frustrating. The air conditioning didn’t respond to the remote, so the room stayed uncomfortably hot during the night, making it difficult to sleep. I also decided not to go for the breakfast buffet as there wasn’t much choice, and instead ordered from the separate breakfast menu. Lastly, there are only two lifts in the hotel, so you can end up waiting quite a while to use them.

Het personeel. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De badkamer was erg vies. Onder de schimmel. De matrassen lagen gewoon op de grond. En we hadden een kamer met kingsize bed geboekt en kregen twee eenpersoonsbedden
