The breakfast was amazing. The front desk was so sweet and understanding. The room overall was clean and ok. . It served my purpose for staying the night in Anchorage.
My door key wouldn’t work 3x and she was patient and understood my hurry to get in my room so used her master key. No follow up from management as she said so I never did get a key. The shower was literally full of hair. The bed was not comfortable. The valet drive was rutted with ice and snow and made for difficult walking and smokers were in the front as well.
How hot the room was
Location
Litter in the parking lot, hallways and elevator. Bare wires sticking out of a lamp, tub drained extremely slowly, barely lukewarm water.
The toilet was clear full of toilet paper when I first got in my room and almost needed a plunger. Also it took me 30 minutes to get checked in from the time I walked in the door other then that the room was good for the price
Close to restaurants
The ac unit was not working properly. I managed to open the windows and it was ok
Room was clean and met our needs.
Shuttle service was very handy, affordable way to get back to airport.
Room was too hot. Outside temps were high which required a good AC unit and this room unit was less than effective.
Shower had a constant drip when off.

The front desk staff had zero personality, when asking what floor we wanted she didn’t explain there was a basement level. Room smelled strongly of cigarettes

Dirty, trash in the halls, littered throughout. Shuttle never picked us up, a neighboring otel location, lakeside,shuttle transported us. Staff was short, language skills minimal for one of the receptionists.

Terrible room conditions for $450 a night. Black mold in the bathroom. Wall paper peeling off the wall. Rusty fixtures in the shower. I took pictures of these things and will be emailing them to Wyndham.
Nothing. I was extremely disappointed in our stay. There was no shower curtain in the shower for the bathroom. I asked the front desk, but they said they didn’t have any. There is hair on the floor in our bathroom by the toilet and the bottom of the shower. There long, black curly hairs in both of the sheets on the beds. They were food crumbs on the floor by the coffee table. The room was really messy.
We used the pool. There were no towels in the pool room. There was brown floaty stuff in the corner of the pool. And the bottom of the pool was cracked and peeling and the cement cracking or floating all over the pool. That is not what it is described in the picture. The picture of the pool on the website looks pristine. This pool is not.
I spoke with Krystal at the front desk and they wouldn’t do anything for a refund. She said I have to speak with her general manager. But she also said that I need to reach out to booking.com and get a refund through booking.com since the hotel was not up to the right standards of what it should be.
Krystal said that the Hotel was doing a transition from when it used to be a Holiday Inn and she said that the new management and the new owners have really let down the property.

Close to the airport and close to locations in Anchorage.
Having a hard time getting an invoice. Was told that I can’t get an invoice since I booked on booking.com. Saw a charge of $2.75 on my credit card,which I don’t know where it came from. Asked both booking.com, who referred me to the hotel, which I contacted and haven’t heard back. Keep getting the run around, very irritating. Front desk staff also came across as rude at times.
Restaurants on same block. Area safe and easy to the airport breakfast was great.Shuttle drive was friendly and professional
