Schönes Hotel in Ruhiger Lage trotz Flughafen
Die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Hotel entfanden wir nicht als Familien freundlich.Da weder ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer noch ein Getränkeautomat im Hotel.
We absolutely loved this property! It was beautiful inside and out, in a perfect location close to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. The pool was amazing, and we really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking advantage of all the amenities. Everything exceeded our expectations, and my husband and I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend! 🌴☀️

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. The way guests are treated is unacceptable, and management appears to be completely inaccessible. I attempted to contact the General Manager several times but never received a response. The front desk staff were consistently unhelpful and, in some cases, quite rude; particularly Annette. Staff would also speak to each other in Spanish while guests were standing there, which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. During my stay, I witnessed numerous guests having confrontations with staff because their concerns were not being addressed effectively. It was clear this wasn't an isolated incident. My room was not clean, and I found bugs in several places, including the bed. Housekeeping staff were also extremely noisy from early in the morning, frequently shouting to one another across the hallways and repeatedly banging doors. Combined with the very thin walls, it was almost impossible to get any peace and quiet, as you could hear conversations and noise from neighbouring rooms. Given the hotel's location opposite the airport, many guests stay here hoping to get some rest before or after a flight. Unfortunately, this is not the place for a quiet stay. The pool area was also very noisy, with children screaming for long periods, making it difficult to relax anywhere on the property. Overall, I would not recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, well-managed, and peaceful hotel experience.
The pool
The fact the parking was through a gate every time you came and went, my keys locked us out numerous times daily room walls doors paint was chipping all over floors, front staff was not friendly at all only Silvia food vending machines were always sold out and the fact the restaurant wasn’t open I was not happy about at all. Laundry room no soaps dryer didn’t work had to get my money back .. didn’t went to match booking.com prices even after being there 5 days.. ok nothing special at all

Parking was expensive at $28 a night, and no house keeping service unless requested during our entire stay. In addition, it took a long time to get shower to run warm water, never got hot.
