Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A security deposit/refundable bond of NZD 250 is required upon arrival. This will be collected by credit card/debit card. It can also be paid in cash only if you intend to arrive and depart within the reception opening hours. You should be reimbursed in full within 7 days of check out subject to return of the key and inspection of the room.

The property's reception opening hours are:
- 8:30 to 10:00
- 14:00 to 18::00
On public holidays:
- 9:00 to 10:00
- 14:00 to 17:00

If you are arriving after 6:00 you will need to complete the pre-check-in process which will be emailed to you approximately 48 hours prior to your arrival. Once this has been received; we will either email or text you our late arrival details before we close the reception.

Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian to check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great little beach side stay.
Pros:

The room had a kitchenette which we weren't expecting. The pool and gym were great. Staff were polite.

Cons:

Unfortunately, due to the hot pools being closed after the land slide, many tourist operations were closed, like the Stand Up Paddle Boards etc. Would have loved to go for a paddle, but couldn't.

Pros:

There was nothing to like , we were in a location were the slips happened , no one had informed us prior that we were in a cordon .

Cons:

The rooms were dirty and dated , missing glasses , stained linen and it was musty needs a major upgrade

A very nice 7-day stay in the water and sun.
Pros:

The upgraded swimming pool area is very nice now and we used it a lot. A disadvantage is many more people are using this area now compared to our past stays!
The Manager and cleaning Staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

There are a few slippery tile (old) areas and steps near the rear entrance door as you walk to the pool area that need replacing.

Pros:

location parking cafes excellent pool sauna gym and spa awsm.

Cons:

not use to coming back and bed not being made-up coffee's not restocked rubbish not taken, first day to be fair my wife
just ask for towels but second day we got back room half done.
Still awsm place just cleaners to a little more.

Great assistance late at night checking in. thank you.

Cons:

Double bed needs to be replaced. The nets on the window need to be fixed, simple and would give an overall good look. Loose carpets are also tired/

Dated and not great value for money
Pros:

The proximity to town and the beach

Cons:

It felt really dated. I think the location is really all that is good about the place. The walls were dirty and had markings on them. The balcony was sandy and felt like it wasn’t clean. The clothes aired was rusty. The mattress of the portacot wasn’t clean. The bedroom was really hot and uncomfortable. The signed was also really uncomfortable. I think that the price of the room is too high for what you’re getting.
