Pros:

ロケーションや施設など、全体的に満足でした。

Cons:

良くなかったわけではないのですが、遅くまで外出していたため、結果、大浴場に行けなかった。
また、朝起きるのが若干遅くなり、大浴場の入り口がフロントの近くだったと記憶していたため、結局入浴しなかった。

很喜歡這家飯店的隔局挑高1樓（沒有2樓）3樓以上到11樓是房間 12樓是櫃檯、SPA、早餐、

離櫻町站很近（過馬路商店街就到了）
有3家藥妝店，1家小7 很方便
交通便利
頂樓泡澡池設備很棒 ～挑高空氣很流通
不會讓人覺得悶！
有露天泡澡池！天氣好可以看到對面的山景

Cons:

基本上整體而言是沒有的

但是在2/26 凌晨發生了火警警報
整個飯店的住客驚醒、走逃生梯下到1樓
老人、小孩 、大人都冷到發抖（後來有好點～適應了） 消防人員也來了～結果是虛驚一場！
美中不足是飯店只有一個女生下來說對不起 沒事了可回房間但是電梯不能使用！只能走逃生梯！
還好有開貨運電梯給用！
除了三樓的火警警報響起的樓層住客知道發生的事情，其它樓層住客完全莫名其妙被驚醒⋯⋯還好是烏龍一場！
折騰到1點多吧！
第一次碰到也感受到火警的危險可怕！
比較離譜是警報響起沒有飯店的人員引導
還好住客都很有秩序的走下樓梯到1樓！

I will come back certainly to stay in this hotel when in Kumamoto.
Pros:

The location was good and good amenities. Loved the "open" public bath...so beautiful to see the sky at night. Spacious area outside of the onsen...Good room size. Very friendly and helpful staff.

整體感覺是不錯，房間也很舒服，只是突然的火災警報有嚇到人就是

房間很大很舒適，大浴場也很不錯

Cons:

住宿第一晚不知為何火災警報器狂響，房客都跑出來到一樓外面，員工過半個多小時才出現，反應有點久

Pros:

Convenient location, walking distance to shopping area and able to walk to the castle. Quad room is spacious and have a nice layout.
