Good place in an excellent part of town
Pros:

Great location. Close to the harbour and many restaurants and shops including Jesselton duty free. Nor far from the airport so a cheap grab taxi ride away. Also quite close to the kk sentral bus terminal too.
Comfortable room/bed with fabulous pillows.
Compact with fridge, kettle, wardrobe, TV and lift.
Friendly staff.
Would use again definitely.

Gute Lage mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Café. Grosses Zimmer mit Ablegemöglichkeiten für Gepäck. Wasser kostenlos zum auffüllen
Gute information zum selbst Check in inkl aller nötigen Codes.

Keine Rezeption. Alles automatisch und anonym. Mögen wir nicht so.

Pros:

Not too far from the airport and a self check in. We arrived the middle of the night cause of our flight and it wasn't a problem at all. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and there was free water and a hair dryer. AC worked well. Perfectly fine for one night, especially if you arrive late and it's just about to sleep somewhere clean.

For short stay: fine
Pros:

For a short stay totally fine. Make sure to bring shampoo etc. There is a watson and some restaurants nearby, where you can just walk up to.
There are possibilities to charge your devices via usb/usbC also, but we just needed one more additionally - Via messages they offered us a power adapter to borrow, which was really nice.

Make sure to not forget any belongings in the room, since they don‘t inform you about that after the check-out. Except you immediately notice it and ask about it, otherwise, we wouldn't have gotten any information.

Good location but can improve
Pros:

Room was clean with many eateries and pharmacy downstairs. Water dispenser provided. Self check in instructions were clear. Check in Whatsapp number I/C 's response for enquiries was fast.

Cons:

Room did not provide chair and after asking was provided. Bath soap plus shampoo were not provided either.
Water paip was broken causing water leakage.
Toilet clogged as well. Seems maintenance needs to be upgraded.

Overall satisfy with the price.
Pros:

The location is superb, safe and lots of restaurants nearby. Free parking slot. Free toiletries & water provided. Easy check in process.

Cons:

Not clean throughly , toilet bowl yellowish.
