Well worth the money.
Pros:

Agent got in touch on how to access property, room was clean, bed’s comfy, and kettle & mugs provided (luckily we always have our own t-bags) 😁

Cons:

Had to lug 2 suitcases up 2 1/2 flight of stairs.

Ask for the room with a window
Pros:

It's far from the city center, but the area has everything you need - bank, supermarket, restaurants, laundry... The room is a bit small and humid, but it's ok for the price. Good communication with the host. The staff doesn't speak English, but it's ok with a translator on the phone.

Cons:

WiFi connection comes and goes.
