The staff and management were as wonderful as the property. We can’t wait to return!
Pros:

It was both immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It was my first trip to London and the location felt so safe and the property was so quiet.

Cons:

The stairs to the garden flat entrance felt daunting particularly when arriving at night and bringing luggage. It was very well lit and is perfectly manageable though.

Great hotel
Pros:

I have only good things to say about this hotel. We stayed in the Chimney House Garden apartment while visiting Harry Potter. The staff member that I encountered on check in was very informative. Our apartment was a few streets away. It was beautiful. Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room with both sofas made into sofa beds for the kids. The apartment was modern, clean and warm. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a Tesco within walking distance.

The trip ended with me leaving my wedding and engagement ring behind when I left the apartment to go home. I was on the Gatwick Express when I realised. I phoned the hotel and they provided all the help I needed and posted the rings that same day. I got them the next day. That is excellent service.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely stay, our point of reference in London
Pros:

We stay at the Georgian for the second year, it is always a pleasure to come back. Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast and attention to details.

Cons:

Size of the room+ cleaning could be better + they asked for a service fee of an "optional" 12,5% at the end. We said we didn't want to pay and they asked if it was that something was wrong. In my view hotels are a set price not something you can increase with tips. If we wanted to give a tip would be to a person in particular not to the company.

Die MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr, sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Es könnte ein Lift vorhanden sein... Unsere Betten in Raum 57 waren für jeweils 2 Personen nicht breit genug. Und für jede Person eine Bettdecke wäre fein.

Wenn London dann gerne wieder hier!
Pros:

Mein gemütliches Zimmer oben unterm Dach war wirklich sehr schön und gemütlich, das kleine schöne Bad top sauber. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Freundlichkeit und Offenheit des gesamten Personals, besonders die beim Frühstück!
Auch die Lage war top, gehobene Wohngegend, zudem kann man von hier auch vieles zu Fuß erkunden. Und Victoria Station ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.

Cons:

es gibt leider keinen Aufzug - aber nettes Personal für das Gepäck! Man muss für die oberen Zimmer ein wenig Kondition mitbringen.
