Very comfortable hotel in a good location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I noticed other reviews mention the stairs. There are a lot to the upper floors. However we arrived early and left our bags which were put in our room. We had a very big sports equipment bag and a staff member told us to call to have it brought down. I thought that was a great service. Breakfast in the Pantry was good with lovely staff there too.

Una maravilla de escapada romántica.
Pros:

Teníamos una habitación en la primera planta, y si, hay que subir escaleras, pero nada imposible o demasiado tedioso (a no ser que haya personas de movilidad reducida). La habitación era divina! muy bonita y agradable, una decoración cálida acorde al estilo Georgian House pero con un toque moderno, bueno, toda la casa era así.
El personal una maravilla, super amable y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Fueron atentos en todo momento.
Nuestra habitación daba a la calle principal y aún así no había apenas ruido. La cama comodísima y los amenities de calidad.
Cogimos desayuno continental y también excelente, no es un buffet enorme pero hay de todo y buena variedad (dulce, salado, bollería, yogurt, tostadas, fruta).
La ubicación, en pleno Victoria, muy fácil de llegar, muy seguro y con la estación de buses y trenes muy cerca.
Yo lo recomiendo y sin duda volvería. Calidad-Precio muy muy buena.

Bellissimo hotel in edificio storico, ristrutturato rispettando lo stile d'epoca. Camera ampia, con amenities (caffe.e tea da potersi fare in camera, biscotti, ciabatte e vestaglia a disposizione).. Colazione buona. Posizione silenziosa, comoda ai mezzi e centrale.

In bagno mancava appendiasciugamani. Resto ok

Lovely accommodations
Pros:

The apartment we stayed in was wonderful - perfect mini kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean. When we’re checked in, I was surprised to find that our accommodations weren’t on the main hotel property, but a couple blocks away. I would have appreciated that info in advance.

Simply Magical!
Pros:

Me and my friend had a fantastic stay in the wizarding chambers. The room is mindfully curated and the staff makes sure that everything is full of unexpected surprises. The beds were comfy, clean and the breakfast delicious. We would come back anytime.
