Very good value for money with a genuine warm welcome from a team that cares.
Pros:

Very clean

Cons:

Couldn’t get coffee unless from a vending machine. The bad was open I thought it was strange the bar didn’t serve coffee during the day. This is a small point, overall the place was more than fine.

Excellent for what we needed
Pros:

Last minute booking due to change of ferry schedule, staff could not have been more helpful. Ordered continental breakfast which was much bigger than expected.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, tidy and friendly and helpful staff. Our waitress, Maria looked after us very well

Pros:

Location of the hotel is very good. Staff is really good ,.except one man. Parking is good.
Breakfast was mentioned in email £5 . Charged more on the day. Have to challenge and still ended up paying more.

Cons:

The price what they mentioned in email and charging extra on the day. We had only breakfast and that's it. Bedsheet wasn't changed.

We felt immediately at home, well minded and classic.

Couldn't of asked for better really for the price we paid
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent and very helpful the waitress who served us went above and beyond too make sure our food was exactly what we wanted

The pool wasn't heated

It was ok for a one night stay but I don’t think I would like to stay more nights .for a price has not included a breakf
Pros:

The pool and the bar area.Good size bed .

Cons:

The location,didn’t include a breakfast,very noisy you can hear everything from next room ,people talking opening draws, so not for someone who is looking for a quiet room with a good sleep .But it was a good size room .

well worth the cost to stay there
Pros:

On arrival the welcoming staff could not be more helpful, They even took the trouble to suggest places to visit besides the regular ones.
The serving staff were polite and helpful ,food was basic but well cooked and presented
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Felt like a Jersey version of 'Raffles hotel' LOL

Cons:

Can't think of anything that 'irked' me This is an older property and such has problems like creaky floor boards and gurgling plumbing, could almost say it added character.

A wonderful hotel with great staff, location was perfect to the town, with lots to see and do. A beautiful place to visi
Pros:

The location was ideal to all the conveniences to hand, wonderful Howard Davis park, beautiful beach a very short walk from the hotel. The hotel had everything you needed, bar, pool and entertainment with a hearty breakfast included and excellent staff all round, friendly, polite and very helpful.

Cons:

Found the pillows on the flat side and the bathroom was tight, but on the whole we are not complaining.
