Pros:

Das Essen beim Frühstück war vielseitig. Man sollte beim Check-in eine Zeit angeben für das Frühstück, um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Die Zeit kann täglich geändert werden.


Ich habe ein Zimmer Upgrade erhalten und somit in einem Doppelzimmer geschlafen, ohne zusätzliche Gebühren.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Der Empfangsbereich sieht sehr einladend aus.

Die Lage war perfekt, ca. 1 Minute zum Kommerzplatz. Für einen Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Getränke beim Frühstück. Säfte aus dem Automaten, viel zu süß und nicht frisch. Die Kaffeemachine hat auch keinen guzen Kaffee gemacht.

Zur Straße sehr ruhig, aber wenn laute Nachbarn auf der Etage sind hat man wenig ruhe.

Wenig Steckdosen auf dem Zimmer, wenog Bügel und Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer und Bad. Für Handgepäck ok, aber für längere Aufenthalte mit großen Koffer eher schwierig.

We loved TURIM Terreiro do Paço Hotel & for the price, service & location, it's ticks every box.
Pros:

We recently visited Lisbon from Ireland & we stayed at the TURIM Terreiro do Paço Hotel - We had not stayed in Lisbon before and we did not know the city areas. However, the hotel was wonderfully situated & a short walk to the historical centre, Chiado, Baixa, Bairro Alto etc., as well as lots of close-by restaurants, bars etc... The staff were very courteous and obliging - We asked about a taxi transfer to the airport on our last day and the Reception team booked a very efficient, keenly priced private transfer who was ready & waiting for us 15 minutes ahead of time - There is a cosy bar adjacent to the Reception which doubles as a breakfast service area in the mornings.

Cons:

As good as the experience was, one small observation is that the room, while very clean & comfortable, was very 'compact' and not a lot of room to hang up clothes or move around.
