Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, in compliance with UAE law. Original passport, UAE Emirates ID, GCC ID’s are accepted.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in. If the guest is unable to provide the same credit card, full payment will be required at check-in. Please note that third-party credit card payments are not accepted.

JA Resorts & Hotels will send payment link on registered email address depending on the cancelation policy of the booking, to fill in the credit card details for advance payment. Guests are requested to validate their credit card and make payment through payment link received from the hotel.

Please be informed that the water park has height restrictions for children for safety purposes. Minimum height 39 in. All children between 39 in – 47 in must be supervised by an adult.

Please note that outside food and drinks are strictly not permitted within JA The Resort premises, with the only exception of baby food.

All facilities were nice

Cons:

At 3 am… I wake up because there was a loud sound in the AC that could not allow me to sleep so I did not slept well at that night I also could not call the reception to check the issue because my kids were sleeping

Also things were not communicated properly before booking such as the security deposit and charges for the extra bed that I did not ask for it and they force me to pay it

Pros:

This is my favourite getaway for staycations 8n Dubai. The resort is huge and comprises three interconnected hotels with a gulf course, a beach and a marina. Guests can use the facilities of any hotels. Lake view is the most modern of the three.

Our stay at **Lake View Hotel Jabal Ali** with my family was absolutely amazing, excellent, and outstanding from beginning to end.

First of all, the **valet parking service** was exceptional. The team was very professional, welcoming, and helpful, which made our arrival very smooth and comfortable.

The check-in experience with the **reception and reservation team** was also excellent. Everything was handled smoothly, and the staff were very friendly and supportive. I requested an upgrade, but unfortunately, there was no room available at the time. However, instead of simply declining my request, the team kindly supported us by providing an **extra bed**, which we really appreciated.

The **room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious**, with a beautiful view. The **swimming pools were amazing**, especially for families, with great options for both adults and children. Even though the weather was hot during our stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel during the **winter season** as well.

The **food was delicious, fresh, clean, and professionally prepared**, and the service throughout our stay was truly excellent and outstanding.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my **friends and colleagues**, and I am sure I will choose Lake View Hotel Jabal Ali again and again for future family stays.
