Pros:

Ottimo hotel con piscina e palestra al 6’ piano per rilassarsi o staccare. Colazione ottima e variegata. Silenzioso. Noi ci siamo mossi sia con Grab che prendendo la metro che dista un centinaio di metri. Zona tranquilla e fuori dal caos del centro. Consigliatissimo. Frequentato da hostess/steward/piloti delle compagnie aeree. Comodissimo per prendere il treno che porta all’aeroporto.

Cons:

Nulla. Va lasciata fuori dalla porta la targhetta per farsi rifare la camera sennò non la rifanno.

Le hall d'entrée est majestueux et la piscine est très agréable. Le personnel est très serviable et agréable. Et enfin le tarif était très accessible (j'ai bénéficié d'une promotion)

Cons:

L'hôtel est vieillissant, j'étais assez surpris pour un hôtel, cinq étoiles d'avoir un simple rideau de douche en plastique. Cela n'a rien à voir avec les standards que je connais des cinq etoiles. De même, nous avons fait un massage et nous l'avons pas trouvé au-dessus de la moyenne.

Cons:

Check-in process could have been smoother, there was a last minute deposit for a large sum requested by the receptionist which we declined due to not being informed beforehand.
