We are pleased to offer a complimentary Shuttle Service between TJ’s Tuban (5 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport) and Resort, from TJ’s Tuban to Resort is 09:00 AM, and from Resort to TJ’s Tuban is 01:00 PM.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A beautiful resort.
Pros:

The staff in the hotel were so very kind to us and made us feel very special.
The swimming pool was beautiful and the grounds were immaculate.
Our room was comfortable and clean.
We had extremely well presented and cooked breakfast every morning.
We took the hotel trip to watch the dolphins in the morning and were blessed to see a pod.

Cons:

The service on the first night was a little slow in the restaurant but it did not affect us or our meal.

Pros:

Excellent FREE SHUTTLE BUS to and from near airport. We stayed 6 nights in this beautiful beachfront hotel with well maintained gardens. A lovely atmosphere with friendly kind staff. The pool was stunning overlooking the ocean. Lots of reasonably priced food options- restaurant, sunset bar and room service- all tasty and cooked fresh. Breakfast buffet was huge and changed everyday. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean. Staff organised a scoter for us which was delivered to the hotel. Was just perfect!

Personeel, zwembad, restaurant en uitzicht op zee.

Great resort
Pros:

The resort is well designed, beautiful, great staffs. My kids attended the painting activity on recycled materials. They enjoyed it so much. The swimming pool is nice. The breakfast is great.

Cons:

Not much. Maybe the management can put more attention on pest control.

Friends helpful and happy staff - great job
Pros:

We love the staff
1. Juli very friendly , nice person and very polite and helpful
2. Yudi the manager at the resto ? He is so friendly and helpful
Staff is incredible friendly

Cons:

Bit far from the centre , the water is sting (when you turn on the water for the first time ) soooo bad smell
But after 5 minutes back to normal not stings

Perfect location for relaxing
Pros:

This is the perfect place to stay if you want calm, relaxation, the ocean and a true local experience.

Le site était génial et la piscine aussi.

Cons:

J’ai eu des fourmis dans mon repas que j’ai ingéré à mon insu. Le personnel a été vraiment réceptif et nous ont aidé le reste du séjour comme des rois!

Pros:

Beautiful pool and surroundings. Amazing staff who are so friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast. I loke the security of it, with gate staff on 24/7 and its down a drive on its own. They even packed me a breakfast because I was leaving at 6am! Great massage too.

Can be more fruits. Like mango, dragon fruit durian. Ot os local fruits why do not offer and not support locals.
Not related to hotel but difficult to find where to eat. In hotel bad restorant as we read in comments, for this reason we didn't even try. Pizza in photo is not looking good.
