La chambre et le personnel très bien

Cons:

Lors de la réservation nous n’avons pas été prévenus qu’à cette date il y a le carnaval; une scène où se produisaient des guggenmusik se trouvait devant la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel; la nuit n’a pas été très reposante !

Good location, good value. Public fitness seems to be accessible for free (armband to be borrowed at the office).

Cons:

Don't exoect the "Elite Hotel" it once was. It's now a good, cost efficient business stay, almost self-check-in,minimal staff, although friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner a été supprimé les deux matins de mon séjour avec comme excuse "un problème de monte charge". L'hôtel était quasi désert et je pense qu'il y avait trop peu de clients pour qu'ils ouvrent la cuisine. Pas de solution de rechange proposée (comme un accord avec un café proche de l'hôtel). J'ai dû insister par mail pour avoir un remboursement. On m'a proposé d'abord un crédit à faire valoir sur un prochain séjour.

Petit déjeuner et très belle chambre confortable, emplacement très pratique (restaurants, supermarchés, transport)

Cons:

Isolation phonique (vers la rue et autres chambres) et rideaux insuffisants pour une obscurité totale.
Je n'ai pas demandé pour le fitness mais j'ai cru comprendre que ce n'était finalement pas inclus contrairement à ce que laisse entendre la description sur Booking
