The friendliness of the staff made our stay. The breakfast was excellent too.
Everything was great.
Freshly cooked breakfast plus a buffet with juice, cereals and toast. Choice of tea or coffee. Does what it says on the tin. Clean comfortable rooms within easy reach of Rye centre. Plenty of on site parking.

Location is great for walking into the town and for long country dog walks.
All the staff were really friendly and professional.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious!
We paid extra for a ground floor room with garden for our dog but the garden was not secure.
There was no hand held shower, just one from the ceiling.

Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable
The staff were friendly and very helpful. showing us the best places and restaurants to eat in. they were accomodating when we arrived early and let us leave our car in their parking area while we continued to visit Rye town.
The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Very enjoyable.

Clean, good sizes rooms, good service, good location and parking, in a town where parking is at a premium.
Bathroom could do with a bit of an update, but everything clean and working correctly.
The location on the river but very close to the high street and main attractions in Rye was excellent.
The room itself was large, clean and had everything you need for a short stay.
The breakfast was good with plenty of variety.
The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags whilst we went off both before and after check in/check out.
The decor in the room was somewhat dated although the bathroom was new with a bath and good quality shower.
My only criticism was that the room carpet seemed a bit grubby and had what looked like some cigarette burns- this could do with renewing.
