Great value stay at the River Haven Hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff, great value, good breakfast, parking availability, clean and tidy room

Cons:

Matress on the bed was not wonderful (room 9). I could feel the spring through the matress fabric.

A riverside delight.
Pros:

It was close to Rye town centre and a minute away from the Cat Cafe.

Stayed a fair few times,excellent all round
Pros:

Excellent from parking early,until a lovely breakfast

Cons:

Only one small pain toilet lid was loose, would have thought housekeeping would have picked it up when cleaning !!! Did report it on departure.

Good location and breakfast, poor sleep due to poor curtains and mattress
Pros:

Good location, good breakfast.

Cons:

Curtains let all the light through, and mattress was knackered, it collapsed all the way through in some places. So unfortunately not a good nights sleep!

Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and clean. Tea and coffee facilities were provided. Free parking was available and the hotel was only a short walk to the town.

Cons:

The shower seal was mouldy and needs to be replaced. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and turned on automatically with the bathroom lights. The blind did not block out the light well so the room was flooded with light very early in the morning.

An enjoyable stay but hotel in need of an upgarde

Room only had a skylight and bathroom was very tired.

The perfect no fuss stay, when you want to explore Rye
Pros:

Its is basic in need of updating, the staff was very friendly and helpful and fun. Location 10 minutes to the centre of Rye. Parking is free . Breakfast was very good

Cons:

We struggled with the TV, but eventually the staff managed to get it going

Pros:

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They provide breakfast from 7 am weekdays, but were happy to help us with a prompt start.
