Clean and comfortable, great location.
Pros:

Location of the hotel was good for exploring Rye with only a short walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious with tea and coffee, shower was hot with good water pressure.
We had a room overlooking the river and despite being on the main road there was no road noise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Finally the full English was good and the other choices were good and well cooked and presented. Whether you stay for a weekend or just one night you will not be disappointed.

Lovely place to stay for 1 night away. Could easily stay a few nights here
Pros:

Easy to find and park. Good location. 5/10 min stroll into town. The room was spacious and had the basics as described. Good choice, and tast breakfast
