Amazing location and free parking two streets behind, lovely women on reception. Coffee machine in room which was great. Small bathroom but very good shower. lovely swan towels on bed

La chambre 12 très spacieuse et confortable. L'emplacement est parfait pour un week-end à Deauville-Trouville.
Bon petit déjeuner . En plus il a fait très beau.

Pros:

It's a very nice hotel in general. It's perfectly located: the beach is in 7 minutes away, the train station is in 5-7-minute walk. There are shops nearby, and the city center with its restaurants is also right around the corner ).
The hostess was very friendly.
The rooms are small but cozy, clean. There is e a kettle in the room which is important to me. Overall, it was a very atmospheric stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was very cold. It's very uncomfortable in the colder months.

Da riprovare cambiando camera:-)

Non abbiamo fatto colazione in albergo. Posizione ottima vicinissima al centro città e al mare

Cons:

L'albergo avrebbe bisogno di un restyling (parlo della camera con letti singoli nella quale abbiamo soggiornato) il pavimento ricoperto dalla classica moquette con macchie indescrivibili era in pendenza e non in piano. Per accedere al bagno bisognava scendere uno scalino e abbiamo avuto problemi con lo scarico del water già primo giorno del soggiorno. Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre sorridente.

On s'est sentis comme à la maison grâce à l'accueil chaleureux que nous avons reçu et qui nous a mis à l'aise. Le"must" a été la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner en chambre. Le personnel a vraiment été aux petits soins.

Le personnel est très accueillant et nous rend à l'aise de suite. Excellent accueil et disponible pour toutes questions (sur le fonctionnement de l'hotel mais aussi la recherche de restaurants, d'activités à faire ou à découvrir).
Petit déjeuner copieux et frais.

Cons:

Restée deux nuits donc pas le temps de ne pas apprécier.
