Overall the place at the Greentree was ok , could be a little more better . I will say the bed was very comfortable

Convenient to getting around .

Cons:

Got to our room late , was not as clean as I was expecting it to be . Seemed as if someone just did it in a hurry .

We were very happy during our stay and would stay there again without hesitation.
Pros:

The room was very clean. The pool area was very nice and the staff, particularly the reception staff on duty overnight into the breakfast hour, was very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little skimpy.

Cons:

The pool was dirty, which was disappointing. The pillows were also very uncomfortable and spots of blood on them, with was unacceptable

It was clean,good location

Cons:

Most disappointing was breakfast. No choices at all.Just few breads and little bits.Staff behaviour was not great.Couldnt even get our apple sliced by them.Promised better room then refused by saying we didn't pay for it even it was offered by them.

Take the stairs- enjoy the view!
Pros:

The cozy chairs and view from patio. It was away from the crowds.

Cons:

Stairs- forgot to ask for ground floor room, but we would have missed out on view!

Thin walls and noisy, don't stay here if you want peace and quiet.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the breakfast bar was clean and had nice items

Cons:

Our room was on the 1st floor and any time spent in the room was listening to ppl above us walking around and stomping on the floor (to the point our room and window was shaking on and off for about 2 hours one evening). It was so bad we had a hard time sleeping, then were woken up both days by 6am from the noise above us. I could not wait to leave and go home just to get some sleep.
