Staff were friendly and attentive. We were travelling with a 6 month old. We were given ground floor rooms, which was so good as no lifts/stairs to negotiate with large amount of luggage. Thank you

First room i was given was really cold, heater didn't work and right next to a generator, asked to change rooms the following morning, no issue done straight away

The room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, excellent choice and quality.
When we walked into the room it was freezing. My husband tried to adjust the controls, but with no affect. We complained to reception who sent up a small radiator and tried to adjust the controls, but no luck and the radiator just took the chill off, but the temperature was very uncomfortable resulting in a poor night;s sleep. We had a coffee machine in the room, but no instructions so sadly we couldn't use it, such a simple thing to include instructions we thought.
