Quiet, comfy bed & great food! Friendly staff
Pros:

Amazing and friendly staff my room wasn't ready at check in so they changed it for me with an upgrade for free!!! Food was amazing, you should try the breakfast !

Overall decent stay with hygiene lacking but everything else hotel wise was good.

Friendly hotel who try that little bit harder
Pros:

Super friendly hotel with great staff ,rooms cleaned every day which is unusual post COVID , food on an evening was excellent ,good portions and full of flavour ,breakfast is top quality with full English or continental and nothing is to much trouble . A wonderful team who take pride in their work .

We won’t be staying there again. Was disappointed.

We could hear a loud fan noice. Coming from outside. Even with the tv on. So we didn’t have a good sleep.

Rude staff... Didn't let me sit near the entrance chairs when it was empty as seen by the pictures. I was asked to move and sit on the sofa furthest from the room, which was uncomfortable. It was analogous to a parent asking a child to sit in the kids play area. I saw the staff attend two other members when they sat down but completely eschewed me... When they requested me to move they said if I wanted food I could have just asked but that would mean I would be treated differently. Also most of the time there was no one in reception. Not happy but the hotel location, price and rooms were fine.

The room was very nice and clean.
The bed genuinely felt like a cloud as well as the cushions. It was absolutely amazing. Honestly it worth the money just for the bed 😂☁️.

There's room service, which i didnt use. But did state you can get snacks all night via the service. 10pm cut off time for food I think in the rooms. £3.95 service charge for them to bring it to you.
And cut off time is 9.30pm for food in the bar/cafe area.

If you like to snack a lot over night and your on a budget. I recommend buying stuff from A shop before you get there, to save money buying it from there.

Dont have to leave until 12pm which is always handy to have the option to use the extra time, and not rush.

All in all great day. Id recommend this hotel if visiting the area
