Amazing from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient, which is a huge plus.
Pros:

Service was fantastic and the staff were amazing. The room was a great size and had everything we needed. Great view of the station, but without any traffic noise (8th floor). Really easy access to Kyoto station and close to multiple convenience stores. Great space for families, especially if you have lots of day trips planned.

Cons:

The beds are hard, something to keep in mind if you like them soft!
