Perfect stay for families
Pros:

The location is perfect, located behind Kyoto station. Room had a view of the station, has a sink, kitchen and supplies like cups and silverware. Avanti mall is about a 2-3 min walk, they have a Donki that closes at midnight if you need anything. Aeon mall is about a 10-12 min walk and team labs is about a 5-6 min walk. Hotel is great for families.

Cons:

I wish the rooms had come with a washer/dryer but it did come with a coin laundry located on the first floor. At least it wasn’t busy when we needed to use it.

Pros:

Amazing location right next to Kyoto Station, incredibly convenient for getting around. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and our kids absolutely loved staying at Mimaru Kyoto Station. We had such a great experience here. Truly one of the best family‑friendly places we’ve stayed, and we highly recommend it!

Comfortable, convieniant, efficient and easy acess to transport. Excellent for a business trip.
Pros:

The location is good for easy access to shops and trains which is essential in Japan. However, the only view is a brick wall from neighbouring property.

No views.
