Pros:

Location, room

Cons:

Staff did a mistake while booking my luggage delivery and my card was charged for some other customer's account. However they were prompt and corrected through mistake immediately and I got my refund in time.

Very good for a family of 4, very decent space

Despite it is next to main station, connection to city center is not good. You need to take bus most of the time and it is usually full.

Great customer service at reception. This is a family hotel. Luggage transfer from the hotel is fantastic. Loved the Japanese name cards we got at check out.

Cons:

Most expensive laundry service we visited yet and not many machines. If you are planning to put 5 people into a room, it will be tight squeeze. You have to fill in an order form for amenities like tooth brush etc. at check in, they aren't in your room. The hall is open to the elements.

Sueño Pokémon en un apartamento chulísimo
Pros:

La habitación era enorme. Cogimos la de Pokémon. El Snorlax gigante de la cama y toda la decoración. La vajilla también era de Pokémon, y si bien tenía recomendaciones de recetas, la verdad es que acabamos comiendo Mc Donalds.

Great location near train station and fantastic staff
Pros:

We had a great stay here and would happily stay again. Above all, the staff were wonderful and very helpful.
The hotel is an easy walk from Kyoto station. We stayed in a family apartment and the room was big by Japanese standards including a good size dining table and a small kitchen. The onsite laundry was handy. There was no breakfast at the hotel but there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

It’s hard to fault this hotel.

Posizione molto buona, a fianco a un ingresso della stazione. Cucina comoda. Lo staff gentilissimo, ci hanno anche scritto biglietti personalizzati al check out

Forse avevo aspettative alte ma ho trovato la camera un po’ buia e con alcune rifiniture non nuove e perfette come mi aspettavo. Il condizionatore era palesemente sporco. La camera è ampia ma lo spazio calpestabile non è più tanto per una famiglia con due bambini e due valigie, perché il tavolo e i divani occupano molto spazio
