Perfect location, good value, and well appointed.

Cons:

Sound proofing. We could hear noise from the street and our neighbours woke us a bit early (though I’m sure they weren’t soaking much above indoor voice volume, sound just seemed to carry in the steampunk room)

Cons:

Skylight, if you want darkness to sleep in or to watch a movie in the middle of the afternoon, this is not the room for you

Very relaxing wonderful place.
Pros:

Great location, close to everything, modern and very clean. Although there is no Lobby or Front Desk there is someone on site to assist and answer questions who is very helpful and gave us great recommandations for dinning. Bonus that there is a nice size fridge with freezer.

Cons:

The coffee that was provided and coffee maker is a French Press. Need to update coffee maker. Coffee is very weak even if you use the whole jar that is provided.

Gorgeous boutique hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful décor and architecture which we really appreciate. The bed was super comfortable and we slept really well. The staff were super helpful and available to answer questions and recommend a great place for dinner and breakfast. Both were excellent. Thank you!

Cons:

Nothing! I forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning staff.
