Pros:

Camera molto ben arredata e organizzata negli spazi. La ragazza all'accoglienza parlava un inglese perfetto ed è stata molto gentile. Perfetto per un weekend romantico a Bruges.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte, senza colazione e in generale senza utilizzare altri servizi all'infuori della camera; perciò non ho particolari cose da segnalare per questa sezione.

Amazing location, so central but quiet. Really friendly, helpful staff, comfortable, clean, would definitely recommend. Didn't try the bar or food, but even on a Monday night it seemed to have a nice buzz about it, so I would assume its as good as everything else is.
The woman on reception was really friendly and professional, letting me check in early without even asking, and also assuming that I'd like to store my luggage for a few hours to explore when I left, as someone who's worked in customer service before it was really well done. Also has a cool Russian hound type dog that was in the courtyard, always a fan.

Nice vibe, friendly helpful staff, central location but quiet area, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Spacious triple room (1 double, 1 single bed), comfy beds, cleanliness 9/10, We arrived at approximately 2pm to drop off our luggage but they were able to let us check in early as the room was ready, which was very kind. Perfect location, very central but on a quiet street. Nice buffet style breakfast, although the food was more towards sweet cakes and pastries than savoury (meat, etc) but great quality and was plenty to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff. The whole place has a nice vibe and we wouldn't hesitate to revisit in the future.

Cons:

Water temperature was inconsistent in the morning when each of us took a shower, it went hot and cold but wasn't too the extreme although wasn't idea. We raised the matter with the lady at reception during our check out stage.

Fantastisch mooi hotel!
Pros:

Wat een prachtig hotel! Hele fijne sfeer en fijne mensen. Het café/restaurant beneden overtrof alle verwachtingen! Het eten was ontzettend goed en ook ‘s avonds was de sfeer super gezellig. Wij waren maar voor 1 nachtje want op doorreis, maar komen zeker terug!
