1.洗衣機數量太少，好像供不應求。
2.另外一般雙人房沒有浴缸，但再往上升級的房型好像有。
3.停車費用補助1000日幣/天，沒有全額補助，因為是停在隔壁百貨的共用停車場。

5 star service, location and space at a great value.
Pros:

5 star experience at a great value. The hotel had amazing amenities including public onsen and washer/dryer on site for longer stays. The hotel itself was stunning and had a tranquil feel as soon as you entered the property. Service from the staff is what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel - we had to change the dates for our car rental due to weather changes and the hotel staff helped us contact the rental company and even arranged a refund for us. They also helped with arranging luggage delivery to our next hotel which made travelling so much easier. The room was really spacious, nearly the size of a small apartment which was really surprising for Japan! Overall fantastic value and would 100% stay here again.

Pros:

Location was great just outside the station with easy acess to trains, trams and taxi. The rooms were big and the separate shower/sink/toilet was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. We're so happy to have stayed here and wish we'd stayed longer.
