Soba je odlična. Čisto, udobno i novo. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Lokacija hotela je odlična. Javni prevoz je veoma blizu i to sve opcije(.. Vrlo lako se može doći do svih poznatih turističkih mjesta poput Galata kule, Galata luke, Taksim, Aja Sofije. . .Taxi je povoljan. Recimo od hotela do Galata Port platit ćete oko 13-15 eura. U blizini (5-7 min. Pješke) se nalazi Marina i odlično šetalište pored mora.

Cons:

Doručak je ukusan, ali mala zamjerka za kafu. Dostupna je samo filter kafa.

أقمت في الفندق 4 أيام، وبصراحة كانت تجربة مزعجة جدًا رغم أن الخدمة جيدة والفريق لطيفون ومتعاونون جدًا. المشكلة الأساسية

تجربة سيئة جدًا + رائحة صرف صحي + تبديل 3 غرف + مشكلة فاتورة وتهديدات بعد طلبها

Cons:

قمت في Merlin Hotel Istanbul (09–13 يناير 2026). للأسف هذه كانت من أسوأ التجارب الفندقية التي مررت بها، وأكتب هذا التقييم بالتفصيل لأن المشكلة لم تكن “ملاحظة بسيطة” بل كانت سلسلة أمور مؤثرة على الراحة والصحة والثقة.

1) حجم الغرف وتجهيزاتها

الغرف صغيرة جدًا ولا تصلح إلا للنوم بصعوبة.

لا توجد كراسي أو كنبات للجلوس داخل الغرفة.

لا توجد مساحة مناسبة للحقائب أو حامل/رف لترتيب الأغراض، وهذا يجعل الإقامة مُرهِقة وغير عملية خصوصًا للعائلات.

2) الروائح والنظافة ومشكلة الحمامات

توجد رائحة نتنة جدًا في الفندق بشكل عام.

داخل الحمامات كانت هناك رائحة سيئة مستمرة طوال الوقت.

يوجد ما يبدو أنه خلل واضح في تصريف/صرف الحمامات (مشكلة صرف صحي)، لأن الرائحة لا تختفي وتعود باستمرار.

الإحساس داخل الغرفة كان حرفيًا وكأننا ننام قرب مجاري بسبب شدة الرائحة، وهذا أمر غير مقبول في أي فندق مدفوع.

3) النوم والأثاث

الفرشات مكسورة وغير مريحة وتسبب تعبًا في النوم.

غرف النوم قديمة ومهترئة، والأثاث/التجهيزات مرهقة وقديمة وتحتاج صيانة حقيقية.

4) تبديل الغرف بلا نتيجة

اضطررت لتبديل 3 غرف خلال 4 أيام، ومع ذلك المشاكل استمرت (خصوصًا الروائح وعدم الراحة).
هذا يعني أن المشكلة ليست حالة غرفة واحدة بل مشكلة عامة في مستوى الصيانة.

5) الموقف وتكاليفه

لا يوجد موقف سيارات تابع للفندق.

تكلفة الموقف/الباركينغ كانت غالية جدًا مقارنة بالخدمة والمستوى، وبدون أن أشعر بأن هناك شفافية كافية أو حل بديل محترم.

6) موضوع الفاتورة/الإيصال (نقطة مهمة جدًا)

بعد الإقامة طلبت فاتورة/إيصال رسمي (Invoice/Receipt) عبر بوكنج، وهو طلب طبيعي وأساسي. بدل أن يتم تلبية الطلب بسهولة، واجهت مماطلة ثم وصلتني رسائل تتضمن اتهامات وتهديدات بعد طلب الفاتورة.
أي ادعاءات يجب أن تكون موثقة رسميًا وبأدلة قابلة للتحقق، وليس عبر رسائل ضغط وترهيب. هذا التصرف وحده كافٍ ليجعلني لا أوصي بهذا المكان.

الخلاصة

هذه التجربة كانت غير مريحة وغير صحية بسبب الروائح ومشاكل الحمامات، وغير عملية بسبب صِغر الغرف وانعدام التجهيزات، ومزعجة بسبب الفرشات والأثاث المتعب، وزادت سوءًا بسبب طريقة التعامل بعد طلب الفاتورة.
لا أنصح به إطلاقًا، وأنصح أي شخص أن يوثق كل شيء وأن يطلب كل شيء كتابيًا عبر بوكنج فقط.

Great place to stay and I look forward to coming back.
Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful. We were able to communicate well. The hotel is in a great location to public transportation and the Sea of Marmara. Breakfast had a good variety of food.

Cons:

The temperature was difficult to control.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
The location is excellent, close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and varied. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of during our stay.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again. Thank you for an amazing experience!
