La recepcionista, desde la reserva solicite en PB debido a lesion en rodilla de mi acompañante. No solo no nos dió PB sino q nos dio 2o piso, al solocotarle cambio comenta q estan ocupadas las habotacoones sin ser verdad, y todo elntrato durante la estancia mal

My family loved that it was a bit removed from all the mass tourism. The family that ran the property were so exceptionally kind and friendly. The room was very comfortable and we loved the pool. However, the owners were really what made this property special. We felt very welcomed!

Excellent property the rooms were very clean and the staff at the front desk were so kind and welcoming. The pool was clean and cool to swim in during the heat of the day. They had outdoor showers to rinse off after the beach. The staff changed our linens half way through our stay upon request which we were very grateful for. If I was returning to Sayulita I would definitely rebook!
A little further from the centre of town but very much walkable

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a la entrada de Sayulita pero lejos del ruido. La habitaciones son suites grandes, espaciosas y limpias, cuenta con estacionamiento dentro y tiene área de jardín junto a la alberca.
No hay televisiones en las habitaciones pero no hacen falta.
Todo en general esta bien precio calidad
Solo faltan unos tapetes en la habitacion pues el piso es muy resbaloso
Cerca de la playa, muy cómodas las habitaciones.

Me encantó la propiedad muy limpia y cómoda cerca de una buena área el personal era muy amables una excelente lugar ideal para familia
, lo único malo es que la ubicación que me daba era una cuadra adelante y al principio me perdí no sé si era por mi GPS o la ubicación está mal pero fuera de eso
La chapa estaba dañada desde que ingresamos al cuarto y tuvimos que asumir el pago, y justo viendo los comentarios del lugar, me di cuenta que en ese mismo cuarto a otras personas les pasó lo mismo y tmbn les cobraron, creo que dar un mantenimiento sería mejor, que estar causando inconvenientes a los huéspedes y hacerlos pagar por algo que es responsabilidad el establecimiento
