Pros:

The property was decent. The washer and dryer came in handy.

Cons:

I didn’t like that people were smoking in their rooms and other guests aren’t warned before booking.

Pros:

This is indeed one of the best city small hotels I’ve ever been to.
The location is 2 mins walk from Wuhou Shrine and Jinli ancient street .
The breakfast were exceptional.
The setting of the bedroom was amazing.

A special thanks to Huang who helped us organize our tours and gave me patches for my knee . Thank you 🙏 again for your excellent service.

Cons:

The soundproofing … but they give you earplugs for free in the bedroom

I had an amazing experience at TERRA ART HOTEL Chengdu! From the moment | walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kevin. All staffs were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making my travel experience truly enjoyable. Hotel nearby Metro Line 10 & Line 3 too!

Calming and comfortable oasis in Chengdu
Pros:

Very comfortable property with yummy breakfast. Staff very helpful and kind. Slept well and the shower was great. Nice spacious, clean rooms. Lovely relaxing sitting area next to reception.

This hotel's location is good, the transportation is convenient whatever taxi or subway

The breakfast and incense.I've had such a great experience at this hotel in Chengdu! The staff here are all so nice and warm-hearted. What's more, it's really convenient because every member of the front desk team is fluent in English. There's also a cozy spot in the lobby where you can sit down and enjoy traditional Sichuan tea served in a unique covered bowl. Oh, and if you're interested in watching Sichuan Opera, just let them know. They'll be more than happy to help you get tickets. Another amazing thing is that at night, they offer to send specially prepared calming incense to your room to help you relax and sleep better. All in all, this hotel has been one of the most satisfying places I've stayed in during my Chengdu trip.
