Pros:

The price was our main priority and the hotel was a bargain. The room was big, very comfy beds and good shower. The staff were really nice

Cons:

Quite a way out from the main attractions but handy for the metro so you can get around quickly. If being close to all the main sites is important I'd look somewhere else. We were part of a big group that stayed in another hotel nearby so it suited us to stay where we did.

Magnífico hotel con todas las comididades
Pros:

Fue una estancia magnífica, relativamente cerca del centro y muy cerca de paradas de metro y autobús.

Minden. Jó elhelyezkedés, kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Pékségek, boltok nagyon közel vannak. Metró is pár perc séta.

Pros:

Merkezi yerde, otobüs 2 dk metro 5 dk mesafede, yürüyerek merkez yokuş aşağı 20 dk. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterli, görevliler nazik ve yardımseverdi. Temizlik en üst seviyede.

Pros:

E' stata un'ottima soluzione per passare il capodanno a Lisbona! L'hotel è molto vicino all'ingresso della metropolitana; la struttura ha camere spaziose e moderne, alla reception (aperta H24) tutti gli addetti sono stati gentilissimi e hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste.
Molto buona e ben strutturata la colazione.

Cons:

Il materasso era probabilmente un po' troppo morbido per i nostri standard, ma si tratta di abitudini personali.

Pros:

Buona accoglienza, personale cortese e disponibile.
Camera pulita, letto comodissimo.
Possibilità di prenotare escursioni direttamente in reception.
Buona la posizione, a qualche centinaio di metri dalla metro (linea verde), presenza di bar e ristoranti in zona.
Colazione di qualità, con buona varietà di prodotti sia dolci che salati, tra cui gli immancabili dolci tipici pastel de nata. Presenza di latte di soia, per chi non può consumare il lattosio.

Cons:

Potrebbe essere migliorato il kit per il bagno, magari aggiungendo una cuffia per capelli o una crema per le mani. Inoltre, non sarebbe male introdurre latte senza lattosio e yoghurt senza lattosio a colazione (non tutti amano la soia).

La proximité du centre ville et le personnel. Le petit plus le petit déjeuner sans gluten pour ma fille

Cons:

L insonorisation des chambres et la salle du petit déjeuner trop petite et très très bruyante. Les œufs brouillés trop cuits.

AI threatens to ruin a nice place

The staff is friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants and other establishments within walking distance. My room was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel uses Booking's messaging system to "train" a new AI agent. Thus, you get lots of irrelevant messages trying to sell you additional products and your own messages are not understood or even ignored until a human gets online and takes over from the computer to sort things out. Unclear why a hotel that has such helpful and available staff wishes to turn the pre-book experience into a simulation of being on hold with the phone company. (Respond "1" if you are finished.)

Great spot, close to subway and pastellarias and walkable to downtown. Clean, quiet and comfortable
Pros:

Location was great, close to subway and walkable to downtown. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked the eco-friendly options like motion sensor lights and recycling bins on each floor. And the free water in the room and water/lemonade in the lobby were very welcome.

Cons:

A really small item. There was a flashing light in the neighbourhood that came through the curtains overnight. It would be great to have a blind added, to block out the light.
