Great stay & friendly staff
Pros:

I first stayed at this hotel three years ago. And coming back it still felt cozy, clean and very welcoming.

Natasyha at the front desk was friendly, explained everything clearly and welcomed me with a warm smile during check-in.

Cons:

On my check-in afternoon, the water was warm, but later as I came back that evening, it was cold.

On check-out day, it was still cold despite checking for any extra switch, so I had to take a cold shower. Still, I would recommend the hotel!

Pros:

Its location is near to CIQ but we have to take a big round perhaps due to the construction of RTS. The journey took us some 15 mins to reach CIQ from the hotel by GRAB.

Cons:

No extra pillows were given when we requested for it. Pillows are too flat too uncomfortable to use.

So Far So Good.
Pros:

The location is good and safe as it lies exactly opposite the police station.
Staff service.

Cons:

Facilities. Room service was available only till 12-1 pm but the staff did provide a good one.
The refrigerator was not there
The room was compact not much space to move around.

Pros:

Came down here with the new ETS train. So chose a place within easy reach of station.

Cheap and simple hotel. Clean (which is most important). Shower with very good hot water, with toiletries provided. Location in the heart of JB. Lots of breakfast options on jalan meldrum nearby. Easy walk to the old part of town across the road.

Cons:

Basic, but what I expected. Small room. Room door had peeling paint. TV only had one channel (Suria, singapore).

Pros:

Lokasi strategis. Dekat ke Mall. Dekat dengan JB Sentral. Tinggal jalan kaki bila mau naik bis ke JB Sentral.

Cons:

Ukuran kamar sempit. Tidak disediakan sandal. Lantai kamar kotor. Channel TV hanya ada siaran dari Singapore, tidak ada channel lain. Diminta deposit RM 100. Tempat sampah hanya ada 1. Tidak disediakan tissue di meja.
