Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is approximately 1 hour after Shabbat ends. The guest can check in at 6:00 PM every Saturday and from Sunday till Friday the check in time is at 3:00 PM. Please note that the breakfast rate for two people is 120 ILS.

הצוות בקבלה היה נעים עם חיוך הרגשנו טוב בקבלת הפנים.

הידר היה נוח.נקי.וכלל את כל האביזרים הנדרשים בחדר.מים.קפה.מוצרי רחצה.החדר היה מרווח ונעים מאוד

Хорошая локация, просторный номер, чисто.

Cons:

Сначала персонал создавал себе трудности, потом героически их преодолевал. Перепутали заказанный номер - дали без ванной сначала, потом поменяли. Ванна была без пробки, по просьбе ее нашли. Вместо кровати для ребенка 11 лет поставили люльку для младенца, поменяли. Дополнительная кровать оказалась раскладным креслом, со сломанной доской и проваливающейся подушкой. Каждый раз сотрудники удивлялись и исправляли. Возможно, кому-то сразу повезло и все необходимое сразу было, мы порадовались хорошему месторасположению и нам уже было все равно.
