We have stayed here before and as always a very enjoyable stay. Lovely friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Satisfactory.
Pros:

Clean hotel. Generous with the tea coffee etc in the room.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was too high. A basin sat on a shelf, I’m 5ft 6 and felt the need to stand on my toes, which was most peculiar.

Pros:

Buffet Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, hot & tasty, set you up for the day. Staff very friendly, ideal location. Room clean & comfortable, lovely lounge by reception to sit & relax

Cons:

Toilets downstairs out of action during our stay, toilet in bathroom a bit close to the wall, but a minor issue really, parking ok if you got there early but plenty of parking on prom-free between 4pm-10am

Cons:

I don't think there was anything wrong but We were at the top of building built into a Dorma and I was a bit chilly in the night but didn't realise there was an extra blanket in the wardrobe. Drrr!!

enjoyable

friendliness of staff

very friendly and welcoming hotel

Cons:

shower pressure was not very good in our room 204- but we managed
having to cross by way of 8 steps down a small landing and 8 steps up as we were not told this prior to booking in we would have preferred to be next to our friends in 102 - however as we now are aware of this we would ask if this would be possible
also people above our room were very noisy until 11pm
there also was a dog which was barking a lot - our friends did not have any of these problems

Wasn't up to my expectation!
Pros:

Location was good near to the shop and within walking distance to the theatre,
Room was nice and clean.
Breakfast was good plenty of choice, and bar was open when we came back.

Cons:

Was told to use the lift to access our bedroom, but could not find our room. We had to ask the cleaner and she pointed us to a flight of steps down, we eventually found our room.So when we wanted to go out, we thought why go up the stairs to the lift when we wanted to go down. So we found stairs going down,which turned out be be four flight of stairs down to ground floor. Not very happy as we are both early 80ish
Before breakfast we decided to take some of our bags to my car in the car park at the back. Back door was open, but the wind had closed it when we wanted to come back in. So we rang the No on the notice on the door, which went to answer machine, left a message that we were stuck outside. We got no reply, so eventually decided to walk the whole block to the front. Told the receptionist, who said he had not received our message . We were not very happy about it. So ate our breakfast and left.
