Amazing Stay
Pros:

The hotel is amazing . We'll located in city centre. Close to many restaurants. The front of house are incredible. The place is beautiful, well kept. Comfortable beds,. The breakfast buffet is huge, plenty of choices. We will come back if we return in the region.

Insgesamt hatte ich einen gemischten Eindruck von meinem Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal, das durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Man fühlte sich jederzeit gut betreut und willkommen.

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ein großer Pluspunkt: sehr zentral gelegen, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Punkte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und absolut in Ordnung – nichts Außergewöhnliches, aber völlig zufriedenstellend, um gut in den Tag zu starten.

Leider gibt es auch einige deutliche Kritikpunkte. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist bereits sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt insgesamt veraltet, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich schmälert.

Was ich jedoch als besonders unangenehm empfunden habe, war die Geräuschkulisse im Hotel. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig, sodass man praktisch alles aus den Nachbarzimmern mitbekommt – sei es, wenn jemand auf die Toilette geht oder private Gespräche führt. Diese fehlende Schalldämmung hat den Aufenthalt leider spürbar beeinträchtigt.

Insgesamt also eine gute Lage und toller Service, aber mit deutlichen Abstrichen beim Komfort und der Ruhe.

- парковка всего €4 что неплохо для Европы
- было тепло в апреле, в ванной есть обогреватель и нормальные одеяла в шкафу
- разнообразный завтрак, есть мясное

Cons:

- в номере не было питьевой воды и зубной пасты (я не говорю уже о халатах или чем-то еще). На сообщение с просьбой предоставить нет ответа до сих пор.
- бронировать выгоднее напрямую у отеля, учтите это и сравните цены. Я не учла.

2 nights on my way to Pisa and Lucca
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights, the room and bathroom were very old but clean, the noise come from another room and you can hear them very clear.
Breakfast is good, no many choices but main things are available.
