Spa opening hours are as follows:
- December to March: Monday to Saturday: 09:00–20:00 and on Sunday: 09:00–17:00.
- April to November: Monday to Saturday: 09:00–17:00.
Kindly note that the indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room are located in our spa. Treatments may be provided outside of these hours.
When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies may apply.
Housekeeping service is provided every three days. Additional cleaning and linen changes are available at an extra charge.
The property reserves the right to charge your credit card up to EUR 250 in the event of any excessive damage caused to the residence.
Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less.
Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 15 per day.
A refundable deposit of EUR 300 in case of damages from pets will be required at the time of check-in and will be refunded to you after the room inspection.

Был номер 1 -103 . Номер грязный, полы грязные. В номере был запах , сколько не проветривали ничего не помогло. Сантехника очень старая и поломанная. Кровати старые и пыльные, постельное белье и полотенца ужасные , видимо их очень
много лет не меняли . Застиранные , серые, жесткие. Кухня старая, чайник подогревает воду и не кипятить ее. Попросили поменять ...вернули с такой же проблемой. Плита на кухне с вытертыми надписями на кнопка...Приготовить ничего нельзя. Попросили поменять номер, но нам предложили доплатить. Цена номера завышена в половину...

La posizione è molto comoda, a pochi minuti in macchina dalle tombe dei re e dal porto, ma anche dall'aeroporto ci è voluto poco. La pulizia fenomenale, uno degli appartamenti più puliti e profumati in cui abbia mai prenotato, belle piscine, comodo il supermarket vicino alla reception e gentilissimi. Il nostro volo è arrivato a mezzanotte e mezza e non abbiamo avuto problemi con il check in, abbiamo avvisato al numero che ci hanno detto e fatto tranquillamente il check in una volta arrivati. Ci hanno anche fatto un upgrade gratuito di camera! E i letti comodissimi!
Az apartman komplexum területén található fitness terem, étterem és kioszk is, az utca végében pedig egy szupermarket. Ezek nagyon hasznosak voltak a számunkra. Egyhetes tartózkodásunk alatt 2 alkalommal is takarították az apartmanunkat, ami nagy plusz pontot jelentett számunkra. Anyukám az érkezésünk napján töltötte be az 50. Életévét, erre való tekintettel pedig a személyzet egy üveg borral és csokoládéval készült nekünk kedvességképpen. Habár nem tengerparti a lokációt nézve a központ 10 perc sétára található, buszmegálló is van a közelben és nagyon nyugodt utcácskák vannak a komplexum környékén, ahol este is kellemesen lehetett sétálgatni. Emellett még azt is megemlíteném, hogy a fogadtatás is nagyon közvetlen és barátságos volt.
A Wi-Fi borzalmas volt sajnos, rengeteg alkalommal ledobott minket és kérte újra a bejelentkezés/regisztrációt, hogy tudjunk csatlakozni az internethez. A víznyomás nem volt a legjobb, de erről a recepciós úriember tájékoztatott is minket már a becsekkoláskor. A benti medence hőmérséklete számunkra kicsit hideg volt, így azt nem használtuk, de nyáron ez kellemes tud lenni.

Very nice apartment clean and great facilities with the pool and also everything you could need amenities wise.
There was a little bit of confusion with the hot water as we had no hot water, but then the reception told us we need to turn on the heating as it’s solar powered so it was all fine. It would’ve been good to know that before we checked in. Also, the toilet was a little bit smelly, but they did come back and re-clean it. The location is not central. You will need to get taxis or have a rental car to get a round Paphos as it is quite a walk at least 45 minutes to the old town and seafront
