Casa del Sol Holbox - Self Check In

Bici a noleggio un po' care e soprattutto necessitano di manutenzione, cosa di cui mi sono dovuto occupare personalmente sia per le gomme sgonfie, che per i freni inefficaci o i cavalletti penzolanti. Staff molto giovane e per quanto disponibile, non sempre preparatissimo. Posizione molto isolata nel nulla. Le spiagge più vicine non sono affatto gradevoli, sembra più una zona lagunare. Per raggiungere la spiaggia principale o la zona centrale del paese con ristoranti, negozi e supermarket si deve prendere il taxi ogni volta oppure, come noi, pedalare tutto il giorno in bicicletta. La piscina è molto piccola per il numero di stanze e risulta un po' chiusa in un angolo, poco godibile. Solo scale e niente ascensore nella struttura. Infine l'armadio dei vestiti in bagno non mi è piaciuto per nulla, non ne capisco il senso, visto che spazio in camera ce ne era in abbondanza.

No coffee-making facilities whatsoever in the room / suite. No utensils whatsoever despite the suite having a kitchen / dining area. No bidet or similar (not all customers will want to use toilet paper and then leave it in the bin, as requested by the property). Lighting could be improved with warmer lighting and more lamps.

De locatie. Het is redelijk ver naar centrum en/of mooi strand

La posizione è un po' defilata rispetto al centro e ci sono molte zanzare in quella parte dell'isola.

Die Toilettenspülung hat ab und zu nicht funktioniert, es wurde aber nach einer kurzen Meldung repariert. Es gibt eine Küchenzeile in unserem Apartment, aber kein Besteck oder Geschirr.

The door to tje entrance can be improved

Staff upon arrival, denied I paid a for kitchen. "Why would you want a kitchen, there are restaurants"
They finally brought me "kitchen facilities", all dirty including a fork with food on it, one plate and one bowl. Manager was argumentative not supportive. Wifi wasn't strong enough to bring up photos on Booking .com, I was told it was the "Whole Island Holbox" but my previous place had great wifi.
No bathroom towels
Not all guests are stupid and gullible as I was treated.
Manager even gave me a hard time for asking that my bed got made properly.
However, by the third day there was new staff who treated me courteously. My first few days were a loss, my last few days were comfortable.
I can not recommend Casa del Sol.
