Cons:

역에서 많이 걸어야하고 주변에 츠키지시장 외에 정말 아무것도 없음

おせわになりました。
Pros:

羽田空港から直通の東銀座駅や路線バスが近くにあってとても便利でした。モダンな落ち着いたデザインが良かったです。

Cons:

ユニットバスのシャワーカーテンが匂った、髪が落ちていた(他はきれいでした)点。フロントで日本語、英語がやや伝わりにくかった点。

Hotel comodissimo per spostarsi. Vicino al mercato del pesce e a GINZA. La zona ottima. Le stanze un po’ troppo piccole considerando il prezzo, ma molto fornite. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Great hotel and location.
Pros:

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and well assorted of Japanese and Western food. Location to Tsukiji market was fantastic.

観光拠点として便利
Pros:

朝食ビュッフェの値段が予約ページの情報より値上がりしていたので利用しませんでした。ただ近くに築地市場があるので困らないですね。
フロントも外国の方がいるので海外の方でも利用しやすと感じた。事実お客さんの多くは外国の方だった。

Cons:

連泊時にタオルの補充がされていないことがあったがフロントですぐに対応してくれた。
しいて言えばコンビニや駅が若干遠いが、5分程なので問題ない。

Very good stay, and helpful staff.
Pros:

The room has all you need, and was very clean. Also hotel staff was very helpful and available 24/7. The area is also quiet and quite convenient.

Cons:

The rooms are very small, but this does not come as a surprise, as you know the size of the room at the time of booking.

Pros:

Tiene una ubicación estratégica, posiblemente no como otros hoteles que están cerca de la avenida principal, pero si necesitas hacer compras en Ginza o disfrutar del sector, puedes hacerlo caminando. El personal es muy atento y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

A pesar de ser una habitación más grande que las que puedes encontrar por ejemplo en un APA sentimos que no estaba bien distribuido el espacio, lo cual dificulta un poco el manejo de las maletas. Sin embargo el personal nos ayudó a cambiar de habitación por un costo adicional que tampoco nos pareció abusivo y quedamos mejor ubicados.

Location, comfort, smart TV, water bottles every day, fresh towels and pyjamas every day. Very clean and tidy. Nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

staff still struggle with English but nothing that Google translate didn't solve. This is a common issue in the whole of Japan,
Room was small but actually bigger than average in tokyo.
