Arrumação, organização e limpeza

Cons:

Iluminação do teto mesmo desligada, fica alguma acesa, incomodou um pouco, hospedes transitando pelos corredores após as 22:00 e até madrugada, conversando sem o mínimo cuidado e respeito.

Um pequeno problema deixamos no banheiro nosso shampoo, sabonete e um recipiente de álcool pequeno e antes de irmos embora já tínhamos guardado as bagagens e achamos falta e ao perguntar na recepção nos foi informado que não acharam. Sabemos que é quase nada porém é algo que não é aceito por dar margem de impecabilidade...

Simpatia dos funcionários mesmo tarde da noite
Pros:

Atendimento na recepção foi excelente! Fiz check in tarde da noite e poucos hotéis ali aceitam após as 22hrs. Funcionários sorridentes e eficientes. Localização central é fácil de chegar e ter acesso aos restaurantes do centro. Tudo super limpo nos quartos e areas do hotel. Café da manhã farto e com muitas frutas.

Cons:

Localização na rua principal então se ouvia bem o trânsito de dentro do meu quarto. Ar condicionado manual e barulhento.
