highly recommend for location and less busy trains !
Pros:

The location is golden. Perfectly connected to all the major areas and a very short walk to akasaka station. I mainly used the Chiyoda line, and it was very manageable in terms of crowdedness compared to the JR lines. LOVED THAT ! My favorite was going in from Exit 3a where it’s escalators the whole way to the station. This came in so clutch from the tiring days of walking 20k steps. Very helpful staff members helped me hold my luggage on the day of check out and they called for my taxi to the airport.

Cons:

Very standard tight Japanese hotel rooms. To be expected but, I hated having little to no counter space in the bathroom to get ready and do my makeup. I had enough room to open my big checked luggage at the end but, definitely a tight room. I liked how I could store my luggages under the bed though.

二人でスーツケース二つを広げるには部屋が少し狭く感じましたが、
綺麗でアクセスのいい場所でした。滞在中に工事あったが騒音はほとんど気にならなかったです。
近くのBizタワーあたりにハリーポッターの飾りたくさんあって、楽しめました。＾＾

Awesome place to stay if you are a traveler
Pros:

This hotel is really well located, just in front of a station, the staff is incredible and so nice, the food in the hotel restaurant was also pretty good. The room has all you need.

Cons:

If you don't like small rooms, maybe this hotel is not for you, if you are good with it then you'll love it.
