Pros:

Great comfortable stay
Pros:

Modern decor but subtle, good location next.to Chinatown, spacious room and bathroom with good quality toiletries.
Good amount and selection of hot drinks.in room.

Cons:

Very picky but no sockets beside bed.

Estada agradable al centre de la ciutat
Pros:

L'esmorzar era prou bo i abundant. Especialment la part d'esmorzar tradicional anglès.
L'habitació molt àmplia i amb llits grans i còmodes.
El millor de tot era la ubicació, al centre de la ciutat.
El personal també molt amable i atent.
La decoració de l'hotel, d'estil industrial, tenia molta personalitat.

Cons:

La falta d'endolls al costat del llit.
El terra de l'habitació i les catifes podrien estar una mica mes nets, crec que no varen tenir temps a passar una aspiradora a fons.

Short stay for a night. Clean facilities and room was ready on time.
Has a bar and restaurant area or somewhere to work in the lobby.
Can keep the bags after you check out.

The hotel is lovely, but the noise kept me awake which unfortunately tainted the experience for me
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and the staff extremely friendly and helpful
The room was well equipped and comfortable
Breakfast was very nice- a lot of choice and we didn't feel rushed

Cons:

The people in the next room were extremely noisy, playing loud music, talking very loudly, banging the bathroom door on multiple occasions.. I did ask for the staff to ask them to to be quiet, which they kindly and promptly did, however, the noise did persist until beyond 1am. Some of the noise came from banging doors- I wonder if softer closures on the bathrooms could be look into? perhaps there could be notices about being respectful of others- keeping the noise down?
