Bien situé et confortable
Pros:

L'établissement est bien situé, à proximité de la gare de Kyoto. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et propres. Le buffet du déjeuner propose beaucoup de choix, tant au niveau salé que sucré.

Cons:

C'est un petit peu l'usine à certains moments (check-in, petit-déjeuner...) car l'hôtel accueille de nombreux clients, mais le personnel est toujours disponible et cela se résout très vite.

A comfortable stay
Pros:

Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near Kyoto station, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

1. The price charged was higher than the rate I had originally booked. Unfortunately I did not ask for an explanation at the time, which I now regret.
2. We arrived at around 2:00 pm, one hour before the official check-in time, as a family of five traveling with two children. Although the rooms were already ready, we were asked to pay an additional ¥1,000/per room for early check-in. While I understand this may be a common practice nowadays, it feels less in the spirit of hospitality. In the past, hotels would often accommodate early arrivals when possible as a gesture of goodwill - especially for families. Charging for such a small convenience, despite the room being ready, gave the impression of a rather inflexible and overly profit-driven approach, which was very disappointing.

Good place
Pros:

The location is very good, close to the train station. The rooms are large, larger than usual in Kyoto. The beds in the twin rooms are comfortable and not small. The hotel treats its guests to ice cream, which can be found in the hotel lobby. There is an opportunity to fill up drinking water and make ice cubes if you want a drink with ice.

Cons:

Breakfast is more average. Small selection. Food is not tasty.
Be careful about the city tax, always ask for the bill, because we paid, and in the morning they demanded the tax again. It's good that we had the receipt, because otherwise we would have had to pay again

値段と立地で考えたら妥当なのかもしれないが、寝巻きが惜しい。
Pros:

京都駅から徒歩１０分圏内。チェックイン前に荷物を預けて観光に行けたので便利でした。目的のチームラボへも徒歩圏内でとても便利でした。家族3人大きめボストンバッグで来たのですが、大きいスーツケースだと、京都駅から少し大変だったかなと思う。ホテルエントランスは、雰囲気があって、気分が上がりました。
部屋の中のインテリアも和風で、京都にステイしている感を味わえて良かった。
大浴場もあったようだが、多国籍な人たちが使用していると思うと、利用するのに抵抗感がありました。

Cons:

とにかく、部屋の乾燥で、体力を奪われた感じがします。
それと、私たちは、なるべく荷物を減らして、ミニマムな荷造りで宿泊したかったので、事前に寝巻きの有無を確認はしていたものの、やはり、荷物になっても持って来るべきでした。
寝巻きの素材は化繊で、ガサガサしていて、直接肌に着るには一瞬躊躇いましたが、そのまま就寝しましたが、やはり不快感満載で、一日着ていたロングtシャツをまた着て、寝ました。素材まで確認すれば良かったです。
部屋の乾燥で口は乾くし、快適な睡眠が叶いませんでした。空気清浄機の設置はありましたが、役に立っていたかは分かりません。Youtubeなどで個人で‘できる乾燥対策などを事前に調べて、次回からは対応するしかないなと思いました。
。寝巻き用意していただいている事には感謝いたしますが、せめてコットンにしていただければ、もっと快適なホテルステイになったかなと思います。

Pros:

Everything was great. No complaints. Loved the quiet, proximity to Kyoto Station, luggage storage, and the onsen. It was very busy in the evening, but space was ok.

Cons:

No laundry soap available to have or purchase and it was 600 Y for a load.

Pros:

The hotel is comfortable and very close to the station and teamlabs biovortex. The staff were very helpful and considerate when I unexpectedly became sick - helped with late checkout, info re hospital and nearby pharmacies.

Amazing night at Kyoto
Pros:

The check in process is easy , staff are able to speak English as well. Onsen is available and is very comfortable, the rooms are clean and nice. The location of the hotel is also very good , many restaurants and convenience store nearby , super recommended
