un bel emplacement à découvrir, ainsi qu’une belle offre de restauration et lounge associé, le spa offre un service top!
Pros:

le restaurant excellent service attentionné et l’atmosphère, je changerais 1 seule chose! les télés, mettre une autre ambiance sur la télé que tva nouvelle…. un fond peut être romantique ou paysage sur youtube?😉
lits confortable et le lounge pourrait avec une serveuse en tout temps comme avant et du vrai champagne? car votre clientèle crois que c’est ce qui sera servi, comme au début il y a quelques années, le choix également pourrait être amélioré ,comme des vins rosés et du choix pour le sans gluten et lactose…svp 🙏🏻

Cons:

la suite Urbania est belle en soit mais dû pour rénovation , tapis et meubles , les toiles n’étaient pas opaques et difficiles de tout fermer les rideaux, globes qui étaient dûs à changer sur plusieurs lampes! au prix payé je m’attendais à mieux.

not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

gave us a queen bed when we booked a king size bed. not a 5 star hotel. breakfast was « included » but then charged us 70$ at checkout. would not recommend

Pros:

Souper excellent ,brunch du dimanche froid , Le clapet de la toilette laissait couler eau et ai du lever le couvercle plusieurs fois pour régler la situation ,pour ce qui est du confort moyen le divan est très inconfortable selon moi à remplacer , pour le prix payer c est moyen et trouvons meilleur a d autres hôtels . Sujet à amélioration
