駅近でリーズナブル。ロケーションは望めないが、清潔感のある客室で快適。坂の上にあり少し歩くが、コスパ重視なら満足度は高い。

Good value hotel close to Shinagawa Station
Pros:

Great location near Shinagawa Station. There is a convenience store straight across the road below a hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

品川站正進行大改造, 有點混亂。出行用高輪台站更輕鬆。
Pros:

房間各處都有電插頭 , 很方便。床比想像中舒服。

Cons:

以為距離品川站很近, 可惜是上坡路。如果有更多可以收納的空間更好。

Sehr freundliches Personal sowie eine super Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, jedoch in Japan auch nicht wirklich notwendig.

Das Hotel arbeitet mit dem Sky Tree zusammen, wodurch man sich vor Ort einen EIntrittsgutschein kaufen kann, mit welchem man nicht mehr anstehen muss und auch keine Time-slots beachten muss, wodurch der Besuch des Skytree deutlich entspannter wurde.

Weiter ist die Lage des Hotels sehr nah am Shinagawa Bahnhof, welcher ein guter Knotenpunkt für die Shinkansen ist.
